Abstract:
采用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)对双向经编玻璃纤维(BWKGF)进行表面改性处理,制备KH550改性BWKGF(k-BWKGF)和TDI改性BWKGF(t-BWKGF),并采用热塑性树脂传递模塑成型(TRTM)工艺制备了聚酰胺6(PA6)/BWKGF、PA6/k-BWKGF和PA6/t-BWKGF复合材料;通过红外光谱仪(FTIR)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和万能试验机对改性前后BWKGF结构、复合材料的微观形貌及力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,k-BWKGF和t-BWKGF表面接枝了活性基团;改性处理增大了BWKGF表面的粗糙度,改善了其和PA6间的...
