Abstract:
In response to the high hardware requirements of traditional touch input systems, this paper proposes a new system for touch input based on In-Graphic recognition. Unlike In-Cell, On-Cell and other hardware-based touch input systems, this system uses the method of hiding the input information in the graphic (In-Graphic), and then uses an algorithm to identify the content with the logo in the display image and complete the input function, which is a touch input system that relies on software algorithms. The system can make a medium to large size screen into a smart screen with touch input function with little increase in hardware cost, and realize a multi-purpose screen, greatly enhancing the user experience. © 2022, John Wiley and Sons Inc.
