Abstract:
硫化锑(Sb2S3)太阳能电池由于其低成本、高稳定性等优点引起了广泛的研究兴趣.硫化锑电池的发展受到自身的局限,如:带隙为1.7eV,吸收光谱范围略窄,和电极的接触势垒高等.我们采用真空法制备了全无机Sb2S3薄膜太阳能电池,研究了以Sb2Se3分别作为协调吸收层和空穴传输层(HTL)的效果.
