Abstract:

The fire in the cable shaft has the characteristics of fast spread, great fire hazard, and high difficulty in extinguishing. And the fireproof sealing measures are often used in the cable shaft to slow down or even block the spread of the fire, but few scholars have evaluated the overall performance of the fireproof sealing system. Therefore, based on the entropy method, this paper proposes a performance evaluation system for the fireproof sealing system of cable shafts in high-rise buildings. Firstly, based on the composition of the fireproof sealing system of the cable shaft in high-rise buildings, a performance evaluation system is constructed. Secondly, the entropy method is used to calculate the entropy weight of each index of the evaluation system. Finally, the performance evaluation scores and rankings of the fireproof sealing system of cable shafts in high-rise buildings based on the entropy method are obtained. The result shows that the performance evaluation results of the fireproof sealing system calculated by the system are consistent with the field experimental results, which verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation system. © 2023 IEEE.
