Abstract:

In recent years, with the development of digital information technology and the combination of architectural design field and other fields, architectural design methods and processes are constantly changing, and architectural generative design methods appear. Building generation design is a self-generated design of building space units based on different complex models and algorithm logic. Among them, the main function of computers is to calculate and screen, and to visualize complex and abstract problems. By designing related programs and algorithms, the optimal solution is sought in different constraints. As a new social group, youth groups have many inconveniences at the beginning of community life, and we lack of community architecture research for this group. This paper puts the Transition Design theory into a conceptual youth community architecture scheme, and tries to solve the problems of optimal path, architectural modeling and spatial layout in the scheme by combining theory with digitization, so as to provide thinking and reference for the design of digital youth community architecture. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
