Abstract:

钙钛矿太阳电池中的离子迁移十分复杂,其通常会导致器件产生迟滞效应、性能退化等不良后果,这就导致许多科研工作者努力抑制钙钛矿太阳电池中的离子迁移[1]。本工作系统探究了(1)正反偏置电压诱发钙钛矿薄膜离子迁移的阈值电压、迁移的离子类别、迁移路径以及离子迁移所带来的缺陷密度和钙钛矿相位的变化。
