Abstract:

有机无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池(Perovskite solar cells,PSCs)在经历短短十余年的发展后,其认证的最高光电转换效率(Power conversion efficiency,PCE)已经达到惊人的25.8%,足以比肩单晶硅太阳能电池.然而,PSCs在外部环境条件下(例如高温、高湿、紫外辐射等)的稳定性问题却迟迟没有得到有效的解决,严重限制了其商业化应用,成为亟待解决的难题.
