Abstract:
Traditional operation and dispatching for power systems uses a single screen or a single view to interact with the operator. In the event of multiple and various emergency events, the operator switches views based on experience, which is inefficient. This paper designs a multi-view human-computer interaction interface for power systems based on event urgency. Firstly, separate the graphical model and data model of the interface and establish a single screen multi view display. Secondly, a fuzzy logic controller is designed at background to autonomously switch view for the most urgent event. Experiments are conducted by five people by developing a performance evaluation model. Results show that the designed interactive interface improves operators efficiency and reduces operational burden in cases of multiple and various urgent events. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.
