Abstract:

以刚果(金)科卢韦齐矿区氧化铜精矿为原料,在1500℃下采用高钙渣型开展1 h焦炭还原熔炼实验。研究表明:从提高铜回收率的角度来看,钙硅化(CaO/SiO_2)为0.55比较适宜,当CaO/SiO_2大于0.5时,铁的竞争性还原反应加剧,造成铜回收率与铜还原率差距加大。综合考虑,CaO/SiO_2配料比选择0.50~0.55。炉渣黏度受O/Si变化和AlO_4~(5-)补网作用的协同影响。
