Abstract:
采用一种疏水性的模板胶图形化电沉积聚吡咯纳米管(PPyNTs)叉指电极,将其高温碳化后制备得到氮掺杂碳纳米管(N-CNTs)平面超级电容器,并研究其平面超级电容器性能。研究发现,平面MSCs在8μA/cm~2的电流密度下具有606.1μF/cm~2的面积比电容。与此同时,平面MSCs的最大面积能量密度和功率密度分别为0.054μWh/cm~3和102μW/cm~2,展现出双电层电容器(EDLCs)的优异性能。
