Abstract：
技术创新是企业获取竞争优势的一条重要途径,其成功往往取决于对技术知识的管理。文章通过对知识管理在技术创新过程中作用的论述,论证了知识管理是技术创新持续进行的根本保证,并提出了企业技术创新过程导入知识管理应注意的问题。
