本研究合成了硫掺杂氮化碳/锻烧镁铝水滑石(S-g-C3N4/MgAl-CLDH)新型光催化复合材料,通过内掺的方式将其负载在水泥砂浆上,并测试了光催化砂浆的氮氧化物(NOx)降解性能和水化性能.结果表明,当光催化剂掺量小于5%(质量分数)时,S-g-C3N4/MgAl-CLDH掺量与砂浆的NOx降解率成正比.当光催化剂掺量超过5%时,砂浆的NOx降解性能开始下降.适量的S-g-C3N4/MgAl-CLDH使水泥早期(1 d)水化程度显著提升,过量的S-g-C3N4/MgAl-CLDH使水泥后期水化程度下降.当光催化剂掺量为7%时,水泥砂浆的28 d强度较对照组砂浆显著下降.此外,适量(3%)S-g-C3N4/MgAl-CLDH能够改善砂浆的28 d强度.
