Abstract:

本发明公开一种Fe‑Si负载型催化剂的制备方法和在重质油悬浮床加氢裂化反应中的应用,属于催化材料制备和能源技术领域。本发明所述催化剂是以一种新型无定型Fe‑Si材料为载体、以VIB或VIII族过渡金属为金属活性相制备而得。该催化剂具有介孔孔道结构和适量的酸性,有助于重油中大分子扩散和转化。同时,在无负载活性金属或较低活性金属负载量条件下,渣油在悬浮床加氢裂化反应中重油转化率高达89 wt%左右,石脑油和中间馏分油产率可达60%,气体和焦炭产率较低。该类催化剂在重质油悬浮床加氢转化工艺中具有较好的应用前景。
