Abstract：
本发明公开了一种三聚氰胺的分散固相萃取‑高效液相色谱联用检测方法。本发明是以巯基功能化共价有机框架微球作为新型分散固相萃取吸附剂，利用巯基功能化共价有机框架微球和三聚氰胺间的亲水相互作用，实现实际样品中痕量三聚氰胺的萃取、富集与净化，并与高效液相色谱联用，实现实际样品中痕量三聚氰胺的高灵敏检测。本发明方法简单，操作简便，工艺巧妙，所需仪器普及度较高，易于推广，可实现奶粉等复杂实际样品中痕量三聚氰胺的高效富集净化与高灵敏检测。
