Abstract:

本发明公开了一种高氧化稳定性和高离子传导率的交联型阴离子交换膜的制备方法。本发明通过逐步聚合反应得到含烯丙基和叔胺基的双功能聚芳醚化合物,再将叔胺基季铵化,引入双阳离子侧链,得到以烯丙基和双阳离子为侧链的聚芳醚化合物,接着加入1, 3‑丙二硫醇作为交联剂,通过高效的烯‑巯点击反应进行交联,得到一种高氧化稳定性和高离子传导率的交联型阴离子交换膜。与未交联的膜相比,此阴离子交换膜在保证高离子传导率的同时,表现出更高的氧化稳定性和机械强度以及更低的钒离子透过率。
