Abstract:

本发明公开了一种用于氨分解的钙钛矿型催化剂及其制备方法和应用,该催化剂包括活性组分和载体,所述活性组分为过渡金属Ni,载体为钙钛矿型氧化物La1‑xCexAlO3;载体采用柠檬酸溶胶‑凝胶法制备,采用等体积浸渍法负载活性组分Ni。首先以硝酸铈、硝酸镧、硝酸铝、柠檬酸为原料,经油浴、干燥、焙烧得到La1‑xCexAlO3载体;然后以硝酸镍溶液为浸渍液,将浸渍烘干后的产物在管式炉中焙烧,得到最终产物。本发明通过引入稀土元素Ce对LaAlO3进行A位掺杂改性制备Ni基催化剂,促进催化剂金属‑载体间的协同作用,加速氨分解反应进行,从而表现出较优异的氨分解催化剂活性。
