Abstract:

本发明公开了一种节能型现场制氢加氢站系统,属于氢能利用领域,其特征在于通过将氨分解现场制氢与加氢站相结合,优化系统配置,实现制氢加氢过程的节能降耗,从而降低氢气的储运成本。其中,高压氢气冷却装置与加注装置相结合,在加注装置节流后对氢气进行冷却,降低冷源的温度要求,从而提高制冷循环COP以节约电耗;冷却装置所需冷量来自氨制冷循环,可实现制冷工质量的灵活调节,并结合双效吸收式制冷循环,充分利用制氢工艺中的尾气热值,提高系统能效;采用液氨泵实现高压条件下制氢工艺,节约氢气纯化与加氢工段的能耗。
