Abstract:

本发明公开了一种TAT多肽修饰的MXene/氨基化细菌纤维素电磁屏蔽复合材料及其制备方法。采用原位合成氢氟酸刻蚀法制备Ti3C2Tx,并用TAT多肽修饰制备出A‑Ti3C2Tx/Ti3C2Tx纳米片。通过对细菌纤维素进行氨基化处理,以液相喷涂‑真空过滤得到TAT多肽修饰的MXene/氨基化细菌纤维素复合材料。A‑Ti3C2Tx带有大量正电荷,能与Ti3C2Tx通过静电作用结合,从而增强MXene纳米片之间的结合力, 提高致密度。氨基化后的细菌纤维素含有大量‑NH2和‑OH,能够与A‑Ti3C2Tx/Ti3C2Tx纳米片以氢键的形式结合,使复合材料具有高致密度,高机械强度等优点。
