Abstract:

The development of a regional integrated energy system makes demand response resources the means of dispatch. With demand response resources as the subject of the transaction, this paper considers the interaction between the system operator and load aggregator, and the uncertainty of renewable energy sources, thus establishing a bi-level optimization model considering wind power correlation scenarios and demand response, with the upper and lower levels aiming at maximizing the net profit of the system operator and the load aggregator, respectively. The bi-level model is converted to a single-level model by KKT condition and convexification, which is solved using the CPLEX commercial solver. The final simulation results verify the feasibility of the method. © 2023 IEEE.
