Manchu　paper-cutting,　a　revered　Chinese　folk　art,　symbolizes　the　infinite　wisdom　of　the　working　people　and　is　a　valuable　crystallization　of　folk　art.　This　paper　explores　Manchu　paper-cutting　art　using　ethnic　characteristics　as　the　research　object.　Through　the　analysis　and　study　of　the　artistic　characteristics,　cultural　background,　subject　matter　techniques,　and　narrative　functions　of　Manchu　paper-cutting,　while　considering　the　protection　strategies　of　intangible　cultural　heritage,　this　paper　proposes　the　protection　and　inheritance　methods　and　innovative　development　strategies　be　implemented　for　Manchu　paper-cutting　art.　©　TBIS　2023.　All　rights　reserved.
