Abstract:

The holomorphic embedding (HE) method is a new algorithm for solving the power flow, for the problem of slow solution speed and no privacy protection between different subjects of the HE method. In this paper, a distributed power flow calculation method based on HE through the paper proposed. First, based on the HE theory and power system partitioning theory, the power system is decomposed into several sub-systems and the distributed model with the typical HE is constructed. Second, the HE distributed model is decomposed so that the boundary node system is the coordination layer, and the subsystems are computed in parallel without interfering with each other, and solve for power flow calculations. Finally, arithmetic example demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method in enhancing power flow calculation efficiency, and the proposed method can realize privacy protection for systems with different subjects. © 2023 IEEE.
