Abstract:

This research concerns asymptotic stability and robust stability for switched positive Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems subject to dwell-time constraints. The switched positive T-S fuzzy systems consisting full of unstable positive subsystems are considered in this article. In order to handle this case, a time-dependent multiple copositive Lyapunov function method is developed together with a ranged dwell time switching policy. Then, the novel stability criteria with less conservativeness are derived for the investigative system, and the corresponding result is simultaneously extended to interval uncertainty systems concerning robust stability. Moreover, all criteria are presented in the form of linear vector inequalities. Eventually, two illustrative examples are utilized to verify the effectiveness of the proposed analysis framework. © 2024 Asian Control Association.
