Abstract:
The innovative design of remote intelligent control system for mining dampers is of great significance for enhancing the safety and efficiency of mine operations. This paper adopts the TRIZ innovation method to conduct an in-depth analysis of the existing mining dampers control system and identify its deficiencies in remote control, intelligent level and system stability. Through the nine-screen analysis method, technical contradiction analysis, and the application of the object field model, this study proposes an integrated and intelligent improvement scheme. The scheme includes an improved communication unit, an enhanced motor control unit and an upgraded output unit, aiming at remote control, condition monitoring and fault self-diagnosis. The results of system implementation and testing show that the new system can meet the demands of modern mining production with good stability and ease of operation. The results of this study not only improve the intelligent level of the mine ventilation system, but also bring significant economic and social benefits to mining enterprises. © 2024 IEEE.
