Abstract:

JMatPro software was used to optimize the composition of Al-13Si alloy, and the composition of Al-13Si-3.5Cu-1.3Mg-3Ni alloy was obtained. The equilibrium phase diagram of the Al-13Si-3.5Cu-1.3Mg-3Ni alloy was obtained by using Pandat phase diagram calculation software. The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy were studied by OM, SEM, EDS and XRD. The results showed that the optimal heat treatment process of the Al-13Si-3.5Cu-1.3Mg-3Ni alloy was solution at 500 ℃ +4 h and aging at 185 ℃ +8 h. At this time, the tensile strength of the alloy was 330 MPa and the elongation was 5.34%. © 2024 Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. All rights reserved.
