Abstract:
有机无机杂化的钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSCs)因其高效率、低成本和简单制备而受到广泛关注。然而,在紫外线(UV)照射下,器件的稳定性受限,同时光电转换效率(PCE)的提升也面临挑战。针对UV光在太阳光谱中占比高达 3~5%且难以避免其带来的损伤的问题,提出了两种创新策略,旨在解决PSCs在实际应用中面临的光热稳定性挑战。
