Abstract:

The response time and action speed of mechanical switches have a great impact on the protection of low-voltage DC systems. Therefore, this paper takes eddy current repulsive mechanism as the research object, establishes Maxwell finite element model, analyzes the influence of various structural parameters on the action characteristics, and builds a multi-objective optimization model of eddy current repulsive mechanism with the shortest response time and the fastest average speed as the optimization objectives. In view of the strong nonlinearity of the model, a multi-objective grey wolf optimizer(MOGWO) is proposed to solve the model. The proposed optimization model demonstrably enhances the performance of the eddy repulsion mechanism of the eddy repulsion mechanism, improves the optimization efficiency and shorters the optimization period. © 2025 IEEE.
