Abstract :
以福建省尤溪县经通村传统民居为例,基于实测与模拟的互馈验证,从山地环境适应与民居单体设计两个层面量化解析闽中山地传统民居夏季风热环境特征及其影响因素.结果表明:1)在"宏观适应-中观影响-微观创造"的营建思路下,从"地形植被-建筑形式-空间组织-细部构造"可逐级修正环境条件与人居需求的偏差;2)建筑通过地形选址与植被栽植有效缓解太阳辐射作用,营造适宜的场地环境;3)建筑形式、空间组织、细部构造巧妙适应气候影响,强化热缓冲以及自然通风的效果.通过对经通村传统民居夏季风热环境特征的分析,可以为闽中山地传统民居适应气候的绿色设计实践提供了参考价值.

Abstract :
"气候"是地区人居环境营建重要的策动要素,对气候的应对态度与策略是地域绿色建筑营建的出发点,也是形成地方住居形态特征的根本缘由.本文以"地域环境—在地经验—住居模式"为路径,解析长三角地区的气候特征,研究选取地区适宜的被动式设计策略,通过对传统民居"在地营建经验"的总结,基于"原型-转译"机制提出"建筑群体—基本单元—界面设计"三个层面长三角地区适宜的绿色乡村住居模式.旨在从建筑创作与营建体系的视角探索基于地域特征的绿色住居模式的建构逻辑,为乡村可持续建设中把握适宜的营建策略提供思路与方法.

Abstract :
Marine climate significantly influences the spatial morphology of coastal village's streets. However, research on coastal villages lacks spatial parameterization analysis that can cope with the complex climatic environment. Focusing on the coastal village's street in Fuzhou City, China, this paper studies the relationship between street space morphology and the impact of extreme heat and wind conditions. Thermal comfort degree and the average wind speed are main optimization objectives. By using parameterization techniques to establish a dynamic model and conducting multi-objective optimization driven by genetic algorithms, the degree of influence of morphological indicators and climate indicators is revealed. The conclusions of the study indicate that the morphological indicators of the main space have a more significant impact on the climatic environment than the morphological indicators of the interfaces on either side of the street. The influence of thermal comfort indicators on the street space within the climate environment is greater than that of wind speed indicators. This study concludes by proposing a ranking of key morphological indicators along with their optimal intervals for coastal villages adapted to the marine climate. The key morphological indicators, listed in order of importance, include appropriate street widths (2.3-4.3 m), eave height for single-storey buildings (2.0-4.6 m), eave height for double-storey buildings (5.4-7.7 m), eave depth (0.8-1.1 m for brick-timber dwellings and 0.3-0.6 m for masonry dwellings), roof slope (20-28 degrees), entrance space depth (0.8-1.3 m), balcony overhang depth (0.6-0.7 m), colonnade depth (1.5-2.4 m), street orientation (NE-SW) and building depth (3.2-5.0 m). This study provides an empirical reference for climate-adapted village design and renewal.

为有效分析莆仙地区合院式民居天井空间尺度与微气候的关联性,结合夏季微气候实测与CFD模拟进行探讨,结果表明,进深3.0m和面宽4.5m(深宽比3∶2)的天井形态具有最佳的夏季风环境与热舒适表现,是应对地域气候的有效取值.

在建筑行业智能化转型的背景下,建造体系的革新为建筑实践提供了多样的优化可能性和创造潜力.针对建筑设计建造的复杂性和建造场景的动态性特点,通过对于当前应用建筑智能化领域的机器人建造自适应原理相关内容及其实践案例的研究解析,建立起面向建筑师的系统控制思维和认知.从建筑构件制造、建造环境响应、材料性能测试三个方面的细分研究入手,梳理了近十余年来以自适应控制导向下的建筑智能化设计建造的演化发展脉络;结合国内外多尺度案例分析,厘清建筑建造过程中在加工精度把控、动态环境交互和材料行为模拟等应用技术研究中的反馈循环机制;总结了包括"设计-响应-建造-感知"等核心节点在内的自适应设计建造流程以及潜在影响,并展望其未来的发展前景.

PurposeThe application of massive open online courses (MOOCs) helps integrate sustainable development goals (SDGs) into architectural curricula. The essence of MOOC development is building an education platform that promotes the sharing and continuing of global education resources.Design/methodology/approachThis study establishes a four-dimensional evaluation model based on the four characteristics of MOOCs. The quadrilateral area evaluation method is used to create an evaluation radar chart to comprehensively evaluate satisfaction and demand in the traditional teaching model of architectural technology. This study discusses whether the curriculum is suitable for the development of MOOCs and how to optimize the sustainable pedagogical mode according to its characteristics to meet future teaching needs and realize the sustainable development of education.FindingsSatisfaction evaluation found that current education is not open enough from the students' perspective; therefore, MOOCs enhance students' participation and significantly reduce future learning costs. Through demand evaluation, it was found that both teachers and students believed that the lack of direct and effective communication between them and the difficulty in ensuring the learning effect were problems that must be addressed in MOOCs.Originality/valueThis study focused on the sustainability of MOOCs in curriculum development. It emphasizes the combination of MOOCs' teaching modes and the course itself and provides specific guidance and suggestions for improving the course. It uses an evaluation method for objective analysis and visualization.

Many studies have developed green strategies and technologies for urban construction, but they sometimes ignored the intensive and dynamic relationships between people, buildings and the natural environment. This study focused on how to generate green building design strategies dealing with a coupling relationship between geomorphology and climate, which took an insight into the built environment in a particular locality of the Yangtze River Delta region in China. First, we imported climatic data from six cities into a bioclimatic evaluation tool, named 'Weather Tool', to assess the effectiveness of the existing passive design strategies (passive solar heating, thermal mass effects, exposed mass and night purge ventilation, natural ventilation, direct evaporative cooling and indirect evaporative cooling). Second, we employed the topological method to identify the characters of the vernacular dwellings by interpreting their adaptations to the local topographical and climatic conditions. Consequently, the green building design strategies in the Yangtze River Delta region were developed through the macro, middle and micro levels to examine group patterns, single-building forms and building components in a particular locality. The main findings were shown as follows: (1) the common passive strategies played a role with different effects in the Yangtze River Delta region, which acted as a basis for choosing the most effective strategies; (2) the local dwellings presented a comprehensively sustainable paradigm with architectural prototypes that could be selectively inherited and applied in contemporary design. (3) Those particular strategies, which were evaluated through bioclimatic tools and developed from the vernacular dwellings, gave specific suggestions on green building design in the Yangtze River Delta region, providing approaches for architects and developers to promote more environmentally responsive sustainable development.

Environmental adaptation is essential for maintaining a building's indoor environmental quality and performance. This paper is focused on heritage regeneration research of the sustainable paradigm of Fujian Tulous in China. These earthen dwellings were built hundreds of years ago and were proven to be conventional green buildings today. However, few researchers have clarified or specified regenerative approaches for Tulous in response to realistic demands and sustainable concerns. Our study surveyed 10 non-world-heritage Tulou cases in Nanjing County, Fujian Province, China. Environmental adaptation in the Tulou archetype was analysed through an intensive review and field investigation to explain how they interacted with local climatic conditions. This article analysed the green effects of building components on five passive design strategies-thermal comfort, solar shading, natural lighting, ventilation, and waterproofing-and then proposed conceptual design strategies based on three aspects: reshaping building envelopes, reorganising spatial layouts, and using innovative construction materials and techniques. The conclusions indicated that, to realise the sustainable generation goals of non-world-heritage Tulous, environmental, socioeconomic, and cultural issues have to be considered, among which environmental adaptation should be a primary approach.

以“认知框架-地域环境-在地智慧-营建策略”为路径,阐释地区人居环境营建中人地系统的耦合机制,依托建筑气候分析等方法解析江南地区的气候与地貌特征,通过对既有建筑“在地智慧”的凝炼,建立绿色建筑营建模式的“地域基因库”,并围绕媒介、语境、路径、评判4个方面诠释其转译机制,在此基础上提出地区适宜的绿色建筑营建策略与技术路径,旨在探索实现绿色建筑本土化的途径与方法。
