Abstract :
Cyanobacterial harmful algal blooms (CyanoHABs) and the release of cyanotoxins have posed adverse impacts to aquatic system and human health. In this study, a novel self-floating Ag/AgCl@LaFeO3 (ALFO) photocatalytic hydrogel was prepared via freeze-thaw method for removal of Microcystis aeruginosa (M. aeruginosa). The ALFO hydrogel performed an excellent photocatalytic activity with a 99.4% removal efficiency of chlorophyll a within 4 h. It can still remove above 95% chlorophyll a after six consecutive recycles. Besides it has also shown excellent mechanical strength and elasticity, which can ensure its use in practical applications. The mechanisms of M. aeruginosa inactivation are attributed to O-center dot(2)- and (OH)-O-center dot generated by the ALFO hydrogel under visible light radiation. In addition, O-center dot(2)- and (OH)-O-center dot can further oxidative degrade and even mineralize the leaked algae organic matter, avoiding the recurrence of CyanoHABs. What's more, the ALFO hydrogel owns good photocatalytic degradation performance for microcystins-LR (MC-LR) with a 97% removal efficiency within 90 min. A possible photocatalytic degradation pathway of MC-LR was proposed through the identification of the intermediate products during the photocatalytic reaction, which confirmed the reduction of MC-LR toxicity. This work de-velops recyclable a self-floating ALFO hydrogel to simultaneously inactivate M. aeruginosa and degrade MC-LR, providing a prospective method for governing and controlling CyanoHABs in practical application.

洪水预报在防汛减灾与洪水资源开发中扮演着重要角色,是水库运行管理的基础.尽管洪水预报方法在科学研究上经历了由降雨径流相关、集总式水文模型到分布式水文模型的发展历程,但因降雨径流相关法具有计算简单、易于使用等特点,在水库调度等实际生产中至今仍被广泛应用.以山东半岛龙角山水库为例,对以往所采用的降雨径流单线预报方法进行改进,在充分考虑该流域降雨前期土壤含水特性的基础上,采用人工试错法将降雨径流关系的主要影响因子——前期影响雨量Pa划分为不同的区间,建立了P+Pa-Rs和P-Pa-Rs两套降雨径流关系图.结果表明,相比于降雨径流单线预报方法,两套降雨径流关系图的合格率分别提高了6%和7%,预报精度由乙等提高至甲等级别,增强了降雨径流相关法在龙角山水库的实用性,为水库调度决策提供了重要的科学依据.

SWMM模型成功运行的关键在于模型前期数据的处理及导入,但由于模型模拟所需的下垫面资料繁杂庞大,所以直接利用SWMM模型进行处理较为困难.GIS作为一款现代化的地理信息处理系统可以方便地进行模型构建所需的子汇水区划分、管网概化以及平均坡度、不透水面积率等属性的计算与提取.为评估所构建模型的合理性,以福建省泉州市永春县岵山镇为例,基于GIS进行资料的前期处理并导入SWMM模型,最后利用实测降雨曲线与模型模拟曲线的趋势拟合程度判断模型的准确性.结果 表明,所构建的SWMM模型能够对雨洪过程进行较好的模拟.

在现有的矩形方箱和透空结构的基础上,提出一种由立管和水平板组合而成的消浪结构。利用波浪水槽物理模型试验,测试该结构在单向规则波作用下的消浪性能。分别探讨了其单排布置和双排布置时的透射系数随结构宽度、相对吃水深度、相对间距等因素的变化规律。结果表明:单排布置时,透射系数随结构宽度的增大而减小,总体上随吃水深度的增大而减小;双排布置时,透射系数相对总宽度相同的单体结构减少10%,透射系数随吃水深度的增大而减小,前后间距对透射系数的影响不明显。对试验结果数据进行曲线拟合,得到了透射系数关于各影响因素的函数表达式。

针对滨海平原河网水力水文特性、闸群结构型式以及运行方式复杂多变等特点,通过概化平原河网,将闸坝作为闸控河道上的内边界条件进行处理,基于HEC-RAS软件建立平原河网水动力模型,实现平原河网闸群联合调度模拟.以余姚市西北部滨海平原为研究对象,将模型计算结果与实测数据进行对比.结果表明:计算值同实测值较吻合;建立一套水闸优化调度规则,完成对河网闸群联合调度模拟,并根据模拟结果提出一套水域整治方案,结果表明该方案能有效降低淹没区水位,可为姚西北地区排洪除涝与水资源合理分配提供依据.

论文基于2003-2014年水文资料,采用长短期记忆神经网络(Long-Short Term Memory,LSTM),构建了汉江上游安康站日径流预测模型,评价了不同输入条件下日径流预测的精度.结果 表明:当预见期为ld时,在仅以安康站前期日径流量作为输入的条件下,LSTM模型在训练期和检验期的效率系数分别达到0.68和0.74;如再将流域前期面雨量和上游石泉站前期日径流量加入LSTM网络作为输入变量,安康站日径流量预测效果将更好,训练期和检验期的效率系数最高可达到0.83和0.84,均方根误差也有显著削减,且对主要洪峰流量的预测能力也有一定提高.此外,LSTM可以有效避免过拟合等问题,具有较好的泛化性能.但当预见期从ld延长至2、3d时,LSTM的预测精度显著降低.

为进一步提高洪水预报信息在水库调度中的应用水平,本文以山东半岛龙角山水库为研究对象,首先构建在实际生产中广泛应用的新安江模型,采用确定性系数和绝对误差评价模型误差,并通过合格率评定径流深预报和峰现时间预报的精度等级.结果 表明,各项评价指标在模型率定期和验证期的精度均为甲等,可为水库预报调度规则的制定提供可靠的理论依据.然后利用新安江模型预报出的净雨信息,制定水库防洪预报调度规则,调算不同频率设计洪水,并与常规调度方式下调洪结果作对比.通过比较发现,预报调度模型能够提前预泄,有效降低水库调洪最高水位和减小最大下泄流量,增加削减洪峰流量,对减小水库上下游防洪风险和提高水库防洪效益具有重要意义.

Abstract :
Water stress is increasingly intense all over the world owing to rapid economic development and global climate change. Floodwater utilization can mitigate water shortages and provide multiple water use benefits. The priority of evaluating the utilization status and potential of floodwater should be taken into account at a basin scale. However, few studies have focused on the assessment approach. This paper argues that the amount of available floodwater is a function of the ability to regulate and utilize floodwater, and that floodwater can be classified into two parts: unavailable floodwater and available floodwater. Based on this definition, the logical relationships among current floodwater utilization potential, theoretical floodwater utilization potential, and the current and theoretical amounts of available floodwater in a basin were derived using limit analysis theory. The concepts and evaluation methods of basin floodwater utilization were unified in this paper. Finally, the status and potential of floodwater utilization of the Nansi Lake Basin were evaluated. The results showed that the current and theoretical amounts of available floodwater were 1629-1808millionm(3) and 2050-2155millionm(3), respectively, and the current and theoretical amounts of floodwater utilization potential were 266-386millionm(3) and 678-733millionm(3), respectively. The application in the Nansi Lake Basin offers some practical information for assessing floodwater utilization scientifically and provides some significant guidelines for other basins.

The water levels of lakes along the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (ER-SNWDP) are expected to rise significantly and subsequently affect the processes of flood control and drainage in corresponding lake basins. However, few studies have focused on the impacts of inter-basin water diversion on the flood control and drainage of water-receiving areas at the lake basin scale. Using MIKE software, this paper builds a coupled hydrodynamic model to address the existing literature gap regarding the impacts of inter-basin water diversion on the processes of flood control and drainage in a water-receiving lake basin, and it considers the many types of hydraulic structures in the model. First, a flood simulation model was constructed to simulate the complex movement of water transferred by the ER-SNWDP, by waterlogging in the lakeside area around Nansi Lake (NL), and water in NL and its tributaries. The ER-SNWDP was also considered in the model. Second, the model was calibrated and verified with measurement data, and the results showed that the model was efficient and presented a Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient (NSE) between 0.65 and 0.99. Third, the processes of flooding and draining in the lakeside area of NL were simulated under different water diversion and precipitation values. Finally, the impacts of the emergency operations of the ER-SNWDP on flood control and waterlogging drainage in the lakeside area of NL were analysed based on the results from the proposed model, and some implications are presented for the integrated management of inter-basin water diversion and affected lakes.

The reference evapotranspiration (ET0) has decreased over most of China under climate change over the past few decades, especially before the 1990s, which significantly affects the agricultural water requirements. In this study, the recent tendency of ET0 over China was determined and the issues of what causes this tendency and how this tendency would affect agricultural water demand were discussed. First, we evaluate ET0 (consisting of the aerodynamic term ET0_a and the radiative term ET(0_)r) using the Penman-Monteith method based on the grid-based China Meteorological Forcing Dataset (CMFD) from 1979 to 2015. Second, we analyze the trends of ET0 and five climatic variables using the Mann-Kendall test and the Sen's slope estimator. Finally, we assess the impacts of meteorological factors on ET0 by calculating dimensionless sensitivity coefficients and contribution rates. Based on the ET0 results and precipitation data, we also evaluate the aridity index (AI) over China to explore the impacts of the tendency of ET0. The result of the trend analysis of ET0 reveals that there is a significantly increasing trend after the 1990s over China, and this trend could be attributed to the increasing air temperature based on the results of the contribution rates, where ET0 is most sensitive to the specific humidity. The AI result reveals a decreasing trend over the study period, which indicates that the irrigation water supply could be appropriately reduced on the premise of proper and scientific utilization of water due to the more significantly increasing availability of water even though the water demand for evapotranspiration increased.
