Abstract ：
基于2013-2023 年中国30 个省份面板数据为研究样本,通过多种计量模型,实证检验高水平对外开放对首发经济的影响作用.结果表明,高水平对外开放正向影响首发经济,且这一作用在东部地区、信息化程度较高地区、市场化程度较高地区的影响作用更强.作用机制分析结果表明,高水平对外开放可通过加快关键核心技术创新,有效赋能首发经济.空间溢出效应表明,高水平对外开放能够发挥正向空间溢出效应.据此,提出扩大高水平对外开放、打造首发经济新生态、强化关键核心技术创新顶层设计等策略,以期为促进首发经济高质量发展提供参考.

Abstract ：
This article aims to study the theoretical informatization heritage of Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The article first uses web crawler technology to obtain data, followed by a multimodal fusion model based on the self-attention mechanism to analyze the data. The study results show that the Kinetics400 dataset processed by this method achieves 94.2% in top-1 video classification accuracy. In socialist core values textual content classification, the model has strong predictive ability, with most of the categories being on the diagonal, indicating high accuracy. The conclusion points out that the method proposed in this paper effectively promotes the digital dissemination of Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and provides new perspectives and technical support for the theory informatization inheritance. © 2023 Jiyu Wang, published by Sciendo.

中国式现代化话语体系体现出鲜明的时代性、人民性、民族性的特征,中国式现代化话语体系建构面临着对马克思主义现代化理论守正创新的理论语境、积极应对"两个大局"现实要求的时代语境、对中国共产党百年奋进目标准确提炼的实践语境.在实践过程中,应深入分析和研究中国式现代化道路的形成机理,精准凝练中国式现代化发展进程中的重要成就,着重表达出中国式现代化发展的突出特色,深刻理解并解读中国式现代化发展的比较优势,进而完成中国式现代化话语体系的叙事表达.
