孔隙间距对多孔储液介质摩擦学性能的影响

Abstract :

多孔储液介质作为贫油润滑材料引起了广泛的关注.为探究孔隙间距对多孔储液介质摩擦学性能的影响,通过数值模拟得到多孔储液介质孔隙间距与摩擦因数之间的关系;同时制备不同孔隙间距的多孔储液介质试样,并开展摩擦试验.通过摩擦因数、磨损量和表面形貌的测试,结果表明:提出的CFD计算方法与试验结果得到了较好的对应,证明CFD计算方法在试验工况下的计算可行性;在试验工况下,多孔储液介质的摩擦因数随着孔隙间距的增加先升高后降低,孔隙间距存在最佳间距使其综合润滑效果最好;多孔储液介质的磨损量随着孔隙间距的增加先降低后升高,表明合理设计孔隙间距有利于减小试样的磨损量,增强试样的润滑性能.研究结果为优化多孔储液介质结构优化设计提供了理论指导.

Abstract :

In sediment environments, water-lubricated rubber bearings are inevitably subjected to particle abrasion, especially during frictional vibration. However, the invasion-migration-wear mechanism of hard particles under frictional vibration excitation remains unclear. This study analyzes the contact strain at the friction interface and the dynamic response of the friction system by constructing a visualized friction pair at the interface and employing digital image processing technology. The results reveal that the friction-induced vibration in the water-lubricated rubber bearing-rotor system primarily manifests as chatter and squeal. Chatter represents a more intense stick-slip behavior, during which larger sediment particles are allowed to invade. These invading particles tend to sink deeper into the friction pair during the stick phase and migrate with the water flow during the slip phase, leading to combined wear in the form of scratches and pits. During squeal, the amplitude of stick-slip behavior is relatively small, allowing only small sediment particles to invade, which result in scratches on the bearing surface. When the system does not experience friction vibration, sediment particles are unlikely to enter the friction interface, even in a sediment-rich environment, and therefore, no significant wear occurs.

Abstract :

碳刷/集电环组件作为水轮发电机组励磁系统的重要组成部分,常因界面接触状态变化而出现碳刷过热、打火、电弧侵蚀等问题.其界面间的接触状态目前无法直接监测,间接监测则成为解决该问题的关键.载流摩擦副间的接触状态常用接触电阻进行表征,因此,本文中基于电接触和传热学的相关理论,建立了接触电阻的数学模型,该模型旨在根据碳刷温度估算接触电阻值.通过碳刷/集电环载流摩擦试验确定模型中的相关参数,计算并分析不同额定电流、转速、弹簧压力条件下,接触电阻的动态变化及关键影响因素.将计算结果代入COMSOL Multiphysics有限元分析软件中,基于其内置的物理场控制方程,仿真模拟碳刷的温度并与试验得到的碳刷的温度作比较,以验证该模型的有效性.计算结果表明:当界面接触压力一定时,接触电阻值随着额定电流的增大而减小;当额定电流一定时,界面接触压力大的碳刷接触电阻值小;当集电环转速增大时,弹簧压力对接触电阻的影响进一步增大.

Abstract :

This study explores material modification utilizing molybdenum disulfide and glass fiber as lubricating and reinforcing modified materials respectively. The specimens underwent tests for mechanical-physical properties, oil storage capacity and frictional characteristics. The differential analysis identified the optimal mechanical-physical properties of the porous composite PI material at a molding pressure of 192 MPa, molding temperature of 330°C, 9% of AC foaming agent content, 8% of molybdenum disulfide content, and 20% of glass fiber content. The wear coefficient increased with load and decreased with rotational speed, indicating the suitability of this porous composite oil-retaining PI material for medium-high-speed and low-load frictional conditions.

Abstract :

With the introduction of concepts, such as clean power plants and smart power plants, higher demands are placed on the operating environment of power plants, the reliability and longevity of hydro generator set operation. The carbon brush/slip ring assembly is an important part of the excitation system of a hydro generator set, and the excitation current is transmitted through sliding contact between the two. In actual operation, the carbon brush/slip ring assembly often has problems, such as carbon brush overheating, ignition and arc erosion due to the change of interface contact state. In this way, it not only causes temporary elimination of the hydro generator set, but also seriously affects the safety and reliability of hydro generator set operation. Since most online monitoring systems can only monitor the temperature and overcurrent of carbon brushes and wear parameters, they cannot directly monitor the contact state between carbon brush/slip ring assembly, so indirect monitoring becomes the key to solve the problem. The contact state between carbon brush/sip ring assembly can be characterized by friction coefficient, contact resistance, contact voltage drop, etc. For current-carrying friction systems, the most commonly used parameter is the contact resistance between the interfaces. The contact resistance can not only reflect the rough contact state between the interfaces and the generation of surface film, but also to some extent the distance between the friction interfaces. Generally speaking, the rougher the surface, the greater the distance between the two friction surfaces, the smaller the effective conductive area between the friction sub, the greater the contact resistance. When the contact resistance between the friction subsets increases, the temperature of the carbon brush/slip ring assembly will further increase. If the relationship between temperature and contact resistance can be established, the contact state can be indirectly reflected by temperature. Therefore, this paper established a mathematical model of contact resistance based on the theories related to electrical contact and heat transfer. The model aimed to estimate the contact resistance value based on the carbon brush temperature. The relevant parameters in the model were determined by the carbon brush/slip ring current-carrying friction test, and the dynamic changes of contact resistance and the key influencing factors were calculated and analyzed under different rated current, rotational speed and spring pressure conditions. The results of the calculation were substituted into COMSOL Multiphysics finite element analysis software, and the temperature rise of the carbon brush was simulated and compared with the temperature rise of the carbon brush obtained from the test based on its built-in physical field control equations to verify the validity of the model. The calculation results showed that the contact resistance peaked at the beginning of the system operation, and then levelled off gradually. When the interface contact pressure was certain, the contact resistance value decreased with the increase of rated current; under the condition of certain rated current, the contact resistance value of carbon brush with high interface contact pressure was small. When the rotational speed of collector ring increased, the influence of spring pressure on the contact resistance between friction pairs further increased. When the rated current reached above 1 000 A, the contact resistance between the friction interface further increased with the increase of slip ring rotational speed. © 2024 Science Press. Al3Ni nanowires were fabricated via the selective etching of directionally solidified Al-Ni eutectic alloys. The effects of different growth rates from 2 to 1000 mu m/s on the microstructure and morphology of eutectic alloys under a temperature gradient of 10 K/cm were investigated. The mechanism of the cross-sectional morphology transformation of Al3Ni nanofibers was investigated using the dynamic undercooling degree Delta Tk\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\Delta {T}_{\text{k}}$$\end{document}. Then, the morphologies of the Al3Ni nanowires at different growth rates and corrosion time were studied using the constant potential corrosion method. Increasing the growth rate increased the roundness of the section and decreased the fiber phase spacing and diameter. Abstract :

Multifunctional flexible sensors as wearable electronic systems have attracted considerable attention for mimicking human skin to sense ambient stimuli. However, sensors need to have high resolution, stability and sensitivity to realize fully biomimetic skin. Here, an assembled and welded Ag/W composite nanowire flexible electrode was prepared for body motion monitoring and flexible heaters. This Ag/W composite nanowire flexible electrode has a high transmittance of 90.1% (at 121 Omega.sq(-1) sheet resistance) and a low sheet resistance of 27 Omega.sq(-1) (at 60.1% transmittance). Although the transparency of this electrode is not high, the fluctuation in relative resistance change rate at 10% strain is only 5% after 1000 tensile cycles. It can be employed to monitor human body motions, including bending of fingers, arms, wrists, and throat action. Meanwhile, the Ag/W nanowires composite film heater achieves a steady-state temperature of up to 100 degrees C at a constant voltage of 3.5 V and an instantaneous heating rate of up to 36.5 degrees C.s(-1).

多孔储液自润滑材料在受到外力作用时,储存在孔隙中的润滑油由于多孔骨架的变形会被挤出参与润滑,其自润滑性能与其内部微孔结构形态密切相关,为此,本文中采用3D打印技术制备了方心圆、方角圆和球心圆等3种不同孔隙结构的多孔储液材料,研究在孔隙率为20%的情况下不同孔隙结构参数对多孔结构力学性能、储油性能、渗透性能以及自润滑性能的影响.结果表明:在外力作用下,球形胞元结构由于应力和应变分布更均匀,更有利于润滑油的持续析出,而方形胞元结构则出现明显的应力集中现象,局部较大的孔隙形变阻碍了润滑油的析出;迂曲度越大、孔径越小的孔隙结构持油性能越强,同时其润滑油析出量比对温度变化更加敏感,但储油性能和渗透性能较差;在低载荷低频率工况下,储油性能和持油性能与多孔材料的自润滑性能呈正相关关系,随着载荷的增大,胞元结构应力集中效应逐渐成为影响自润滑性能的主要因素;随着滑动频率的增大,摩擦发热功率增大,导致温度上升,迂曲度较小的方角圆在热效应作用下能持续析出润滑油不断改善润滑状态.

Abstract :

The primary barrier to the widespread use of super-wetting materials is the surface's limited resistance to physical damage, which leads to poor mechanical qualities. In this study, framework-reinforced orderly-woven superhydrophobic metal spiral coil-carbon fibers composites (SMSC-CFsC) with a durable uniform microstructure were prepared by nested carbon fibers into metal spiral coils cleverly and woven them into a threedimensional porous material innovatively. The separation purity of the prepared metal-carbon composites on several commonly used industrial lubricating oil emulsions was better than 99.90 % and the flux was greater than 1000 L/m2h. More significantly, computational fluid dynamics was used to establish a simulation model for emulsion separation that revealed the real-time dynamic motion trajectory and volume changes of water droplets. Additionally, even after high-temperature, compression, wear, and corrosion experiments, it still showed dependable separation purity and stable flux. As a result, it has been demonstrated that the proposed metal-carbon composite has a long oil-water separation service life in harsh environments and has great potential for developing efficient and durable emulsion separation materials.
