Abstract :
This paper proposes an optimal output synchronization control method for heterogeneous multi -agent systems (HMASs) under a performance -dependent switching topology and DoS attacks. First, local and global switched performance index functions (SPIF) and SPIF-dependent topology switching law are proposed, respectively, thus, the control performance and topology quality can be quantitatively expressed. Second, an adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithm with mode switching is proposed, aimed at dealing with the difficult Hamilton-Jacobi- Bellman equation, as well as the analytical complexity caused by the switching dynamics. The convergence of the switched ADP algorithm is proven to ensure its correct implementation. Then, for different topologies, multi -mode Actor-Critic neural networks (NNs) are built for each agent to calculate optimized control policies and SPIF, respectively. Furthermore, an NNbased state compensation mechanism is designed to expand the applicability of the designed switched ADP algorithm when the leader's output transmission is unreliable. Finally, the results of numerical examples confirm that the proposed method is feasible.

Abstract :
In this article, the full differential privacy-preserving problem for switched LPV systems is concerned. The security of a control system is the ability to avoid intentional sabotage or accidental interference affecting its normal operation. For switched LPV systems, it contains both internal (scheduling variable and switching signal) and external (system output) information that needs to be protected, we adopt differential privacy to achieve its full privacy preserving. The resulting challenges are: 1) privacy design for three types of system signals and 2) dual asynchronization analysis under triple privacy noise. Accordingly, three differential privacy definitions and Laplace (resp. uniform) noise design methods are presented. Sufficient conditions for H-infinity control design with dual asynchronization analysis are given. Finally, simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract :
This paper explores online learning model predictive control (MPC) for switched systems with stable terminal constraints. In order to reduce the computational burden, we decompose the infinite horizon MPC into n finite horizons, and adopt adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) to assist MPC in online solving the optimal control problem in each finite horizon. Further, we use a set of stable terminal constraints to ensure both the convergence of online learning MPC in each finite horizon and the connection of adjacent finite horizons. In addition, in order to ensure the uniform ultimate boundedness (UUB) of the triggered switched systems, on the one hand, a novel performance dependent mixed switching law (PD-MSL) is proposed to both avoid frequent switching and take advantage of performance dependent decision-making; on the other hand, an analytical framework of the coupling between mode switching and event-triggering is proposed. Finally, the validity of the presented approach is demonstrated through simulations.

Abstract :
This paper explores event-triggered model predictive control (MPC) for constrained switched systems, incorporating a buffer-based anti-attack (BBAA) approach to ensure network security. Since the system state is unknown and disturbed, an observer-based $ H_{\infty } $ H infinity MPC approach is used to estimate the system state and suppress disturbance. Furthermore, the estimated state and control input can be optimised by minimising the performance function. Considering that the system state is subject to denial of service (DoS) attacks in the feedback channel, the BBAA approach is used to reconstruct the estimated state, thereby reducing the impact of attacks on system performance. To improve the utilisation of network resources, a set of event-triggering mechanisms (ETMs) is used. In addition, a set of matrix inequality conditions is given to constrain the gains of controllers and observers. Then, the system $ H_{\infty } $ H infinity performance is demonstrated by applying the average dwell time (ADT) and the Lyapunov function method, and the complex coupling between model switching, DoS attacks and event-triggering is analysed. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract :
This paper studies learning empirical inherited intelligent model predictive control (LEII-MPC) for switched systems. For complex environments and systems, an intelligent control method design with learning ability is necessary and meaningful. First, a switching law that coordinates the iterative learning control action is devised according to the average dwell time approach. Second, an intelligent MPC mechanism with the iteration learning experience is designed to optimize the control action. With the designed LEII-MPC, sufficient conditions for the switched systems stability equipped with the event-triggering schemes in both the time domain and the iterative domain are presented. The event-triggering scheme in the iterative domain is to solve unnecessary iterative updates. The event-triggering scheme in the time domain is to deal with potential denial of service (DoS) attacks, which includes two parts: (i) for detection, an attack-dependent event-triggering method is presented to determine attack sequence and reduce lost packets; (ii) for compensation, a buffer is used to ensure system performance during the attack period. Lastly, a numerical example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2020 IEEE.

Abstract :
Networked switched quasi-linear parameter varying (LPV) systems can effectively describe the parameter degradation or perturbation of actual systems. For a quasi-LPV networked control system, it may be threatened by various attacks, and the communication barriers caused by attacks, delays, and triggers further make the scheduling between the controller and the system asynchronous. In this article, the event-triggered control for switched quasi-LPV system subject to denial-of-service attacks and scheduling asynchronization is concerned. Two event-triggering mechanisms are utilized to reasonably adjust the communication frequency of state and scheduling variables, which can reduce their transmission risk of being attacked. Under the influence of periodic and aperiodic DoS attacks, complete event-triggered control schemes for networked switched quasi-LPV system are given. Especially, a set of sufficient conditions for analysis and synthesis is presented, which solves the tricky problem of scheduling asynchronization. Finally, a numerical simulation and a switched RLC system example are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract :
This paper concerns fault detection filter design for switched Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems against deception attacks. A fuzzy fault detection filter with attacked input signal is presented to detect system faults. Switched event-triggering schemes are adopted to efficiently utilize limited network communication bandwidth resources. Moreover, the filter adopts nonsynchronous premise variables with the system to handle communication delays caused by event-triggering schemes and network transmission. Then, the switched fuzzy residual systems are developed by utilizing a model transformation technique. Furthermore, by using piecewise Lyapunov functional method and persistent dwell time (PDT) technique, the resulting criterion provides sufficient conditions to ensure that switched fuzzy residual systems under deception attacks are mean-square exponentially (MSE) stable with an H1 performance. Accordingly, the conditions for the co-design of fuzzy filter and event-triggering schemes are given. Finally, the effectiveness of the design of the fault detection filter is verified by a numerical simulation and an air path of the TCSI engine simulation.

Abstract :
Iterative learning control (ILC) is an effective control strategy for complex systems that uses trial and error to obtain desired output trajectories. This paper focuses on the is-sue of event-triggered ILC for switched systems with asynchronous switching. An event -triggered ILC method is designed to reduce unnecessary controller updates during itera-tions. The main technical contribution is that the analysis and synthesis are performed in both time and iteration domains. First, in order to solve the asynchronous switching prob-lem in the time direction and the update problem in the iteration direction, a Lyapunov function involving both directions is adopted. Second, to prove the convergence of tracking error and the system stability in both domains, a new prove method is proposed, in which the tracking error is summed over the entire time domain and the average dwell condition is summed over the entire iteration domain. Finally, the feasibility of theoretical result is verified by simulation.(c) 2022 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

Abstract :
A high-precision variable-thrust control method based on real-time measurement of pintle displacement and closed-loop feedback control is proposed to solve the technical problems of deep throttling variable-thrust regulation and control of pintle liquid rocket engines (LRE). By optimizing the system structure and control parameters, the closed-loop control of displacement with high precision and a fast response under a wide range of variable thrust can be realized, and thus the large-range, fast-response, and high-precision control of the chamber pressure, equivalent to thrust, can be indirectly realized. The chamber pressure response time is not more than 0.3 s, the overshoot is not more than +/- 3%, and the pulsation amplitude is not more than +/- 5%, which can meet the technical requirements of the large-range thrust adjustment and control of variable-thrust LRE of reusable launch rockets. The proposed variable-thrust LRE thrust control system is simple, reliable, and easy to use and maintain, which solves the problem of the large range, high precision, and fast response of thrust adjustment and control. The proposed system can provide important technical support for carrier rocket recycling and launch cost reduction. This is the first time a closed-loop control method of displacement of an integrated gas generator/flow regulator to achieve a 5:1 large-range continuous-variable-thrust control for the LRE of a reusable launch rocket has been proposed.

Abstract :
Stability is fundamental to ensure the operation of control system, but optimality is the ultimate goal to achieve the maximum performance. This paper investigates an eventtriggered pinning optimal consensus control for switched multi-agent system (SMAS) via a switched adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) method. The technical contribution mainly lies in two aspects. On the one hand, in order to optimize the control performance and ensure the consensus, the switched local value function (SLVF) and the minimumerror switching law are constructed. Based on SLVF, an algorithm of switched ADP policy iteration is proposed, and its convergence and optimality are proved. On the other hand, considering that it is impractical to install a controller for each agent in reality, a pinning strategy is developed to guide the setting of the ADP controller, which can reduce the waste of control resources. A new condition is constructed to determine the minimum number of controlled vertices of the SMAS. Lastly, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
