Distributed Asynchronous Periodic Event-Triggered Voltage Control of Microgrids With Different Checking Periods Scopus

Abstract :

The secondary control plays an important role in ensuring the power quality of AC island microgrid. Since the traditional time-driven secondary control strategy will cause communication redundancy, the event-triggered mechanism has been widely studied. Under the event-triggered mechanism, the DG performs necessary communication only when its own triggering condition is met. This paper studies the problem of secondary voltage control under periodic event-triggered mechanism, which can restore the output voltage to the reference value. At the same time, considering that each DG has a different sampling and checking period, this is a more general asynchronous communication problem. In the stability analysis, the conditions of event detection period and event parameters to ensure the realization of secondary control are given. Finally, the effectiveness of the mechanism is verified by several simulations. © 2024 IEEE.

Distributed Economic Dispatch Based on Gossip Algorithm in Smart Grid with Time delays Scopus

Abstract :

Due to the prevalence of communication link delay in communication networks, the study of communication delays in smart grids and their impact on economic dispatch is of great practical value. In this paper, a Gossip-based economic dispatch protocol perfected under constant time delay is considered, and it is proved by augmented matrix theory and matrix perturbation theory that a sufficiently small control gain parameter always exists to guarantee the convergence over a constant delay in the communication network. Iterative update rules are given when the neighboring generation units do not receive the initial state due to the time delay to ensure the optimal solution can be obtained. Finally, simulation cases are provided to verify the effectiveness and plug-and-play capability of the algorithm, as well as its feasibility for large-scale systems. © 2024 IEEE.

Abstract :

针对水流冲击引起无人船(unmanned surface vehicle,USV)转艏呈现非线性特点,建立基于转艏运动的非线性变参数(nonlinear parameter-varying,NPV) USV模型,并提出一种NPV H_∞艏向控制方法,以提高艏向调节的快速性和鲁棒性.首先,考虑低展弦比机翼理论能较好地描述船体受水流冲击的特点,建立基于水动力阻尼的非线性Fossen模型.通过忽略横荡速度和横流阻力将动力学模型简化为操纵动力学模型,并引入艏向角,建立NPV艏向模型.其次,构造与艏向控制系统状态和纵荡速度变参相关的Lyapunov函数,推导出满足艏向闭环控制系统H_∞鲁棒稳定的非线性控制器求解条件,该条件是一个非线性矩阵不等式(nonlinear matrix inequality,NLMI).由于NLMI难以求解,根据平方和(sums of squares,SOS)理论,用多项式矩阵代替NLMI中的非线性矩阵,并将NLMI转化为可使用SOS工具求解的多项式线性矩阵不等式.仿真结果表明,NPV H_∞控制器在艏向调节时具有较快的系统响应和更高的准确性.

期望扇区三矢量模型预测电流控制

Abstract :

三矢量模型预测电流控制需要依次计算6扇区电压矢量的作用时间,再由价值函数选取期望电压矢量,存在计算量大的缺点。本文提出一种基于期望扇区的三矢量模型预测电流控制,以快速确定期望电压矢量。首先,建立d-q轴的三矢量电流模型,给出其三矢量作用时间;然后,令预测电流为期望电流,可以获得期望电压矢量,并利用Clark变换得到α-β轴的期望电压矢量;最后,利用反正切函数求得期望电压矢量角度,确定期望电压矢量所在的期望扇区,得到期望三矢量及其作用时间。仿真和实验表明,该方法能够保持很好的控制系统性能。同时,该方法只需一次计算期望电压矢量角度即可确定期望三矢量及其作用时间,比传统三矢量方法有效缩短了算法执行时间约60%。

Abstract :

无人艇的水动力学具有强非线性与时变性,为便于转艏控制,提出一种基于纵荡速度的非线性变参数(nonlinear parameter varying,NPV)模型.首先从水动学机理出发,引入Ross阻尼模型,建立三自由度的非线性机理模型.其次,在机理模型基础上,将非线性项隐含于线性结构中,使模型构成类线性结构,再忽略数值较小的横荡阻尼项,并以纵荡速度为变参数,建立基于纵荡速度的NPV模型.NPV模型结构简单,具有非线性项与变参项,为Norrbin非线性模型与线性变参数(linear parameter varying,LPV)模型的扩展形式.最后,由仿真和实验验证了NPV模型能够很好地刻画无人艇转艏运动的非线性与时变特性.

速度矢量场二阶滑模无人艇引导律

Abstract :

针对航速和航道未知扰动等因素,提出一种速度矢量场二阶滑模无人水面艇(USV)引导律。首先,建立无人艇运动学和航向角动力学模型;其次构造路径误差(y_e)模型,设计基于航速(V_g)的路径误差矢量场,速度越大,航向角变化越小;再结合二阶滑模面设计一种速度矢量场二阶滑模无人艇引导律,并考虑未知扰动因素Δ分析速度矢量场二阶滑模无人艇引导律的稳定性。仿真结果表明:相比于经典矢量场,速度矢量场有效实现航速V_g越快,航向角变化率越小,矢量场越平缓,提高了USV航行安全性和稳定性;基于速度矢量场二阶滑模无人艇引导律的路径跟踪控制系统鲁棒性更强,路径跟踪准确度更高,能够较好地完成路径跟踪。

Abstract :

Aiming at the sway velocity and uncertainties such as wind, wave, and current, a state feedback H infinity control method is proposed to improve the dynamic and steady-state performance with line of sight (LOS) law for trajectory tracking of an unmanned surface vehicle (USV). First, a novel LOS is proposed for trajectory tracking with the position error to obtain the references of surge velocity and heading angle. Second, the LPV model is established with varying parameters of the sway velocity for the USV. Third, the closed-loop system for the LPV model is established by the state feedback H infinity control method to design the controller. Since the coupling term of system coefficients in the Lyapunov stability condition is difficult to solve directly, a novel variable is introduced to decouple the stability condition, which can be solved with MATLAB LMI tools for the controller parameters. Finally, the simulation result shows that the proposed method has super performance on the dynamic and steady-state indices.

Evaluation of ground conductor corrosion based on EMI technique with asymmetric sensor layout SCIE

Abstract :

The ground conductor is prone to corrosion, which affects its ability to diverge current and the normal operation of the power system. The traditional detection method can't detect its corrosion degree intuitively. This paper proposes a novel method based on Electromechanical impedance (EMI) technique to evaluate the corrosion degree of the grounding conductor. Firstly, based on the analysis of corrosion of metals. The change of ground conductor radius Delta r is used as the corrosion parameter. A linear model of peak frequency Delta fm and corrosion parameter Delta r in asymmetric layout is established by analysing EMI and conductor mechanical admittance. Secondly, the EMI coupling models with different sensor layouts were built on the finite element software. It is verified that the asymmetric sensor layout effectively improves the sensitivity to corrosion. The linear model greatly improves the assessment accuracy compared with the Mean Absolute Percentage Deviation (MAPD) and Root Mean Square Deviation (RMSD) damage index. Thirdly, the proposed method is verified in a real grounding conductor corrosion experiment. The method based on the EMI technique with asymmetric sensor layout can evaluate the corrosion of the grounding conductor well.

Abstract :

This study investigates the trajectory tracking strategy of a snake robot with sideslip disturbance and unknown model parameters. To guide the robot to track the ideal trajectory faster and more accurately, an adaptive anti-sideslip strategy for a snake robot with the Integral Line-of-Sight (ILOS) function is reported. This technique eliminates direction sideslip and error fluctuation by using auxiliary integral terms and shortens the convergence time of state variables. Following the position and angle control objectives, the proposed controller considers the negative effects caused by the uncertainty and time variability of environmental parameters and compensates for the joint input using the adaptive update laws. The environment adaptability and tracking efficiency are improved. The stability analysis indicates that the state errors converge to the origin. The simulation and experiment data verifies the effectiveness and strength of the work.
