Abstract :

We used a 3D finite element method (FEM) to calculate the interaction force between two uniformly magnetized particles. The calculation results of finite element are compared with the calculation results of two magnetic dipole formulas commonly used in literature. The magnetic strength and magnetic induction intensity on the surface of a magnetized particle in magnetic field is integrated, then the magnetic field strength H herm in formula is corrected and a more accurate magnetic dipole formula is derived. The results show that when the inter-particle distance is less than 2. 5 times the particle diameter, compared with the finite element calculation results, the error of magnetic dipole formulas is significant. The error decreases with the increase of inter-particle distance, but the minimum value is still more than 31%. Compared with the 3D-FEM, the error of magnetic force calculated by the new formula can be reduced to less than 3%, which significantly improves the calculation accuracy of magnetic force between adjacent magnetic particles. © 2023 China University of Mining and Technology. Abstract :

采用有限元法构建三维磁偶极子模型,对均匀磁化的两磁性颗粒间的相互作用力进行计算.将有限元计算结果与文献中常用的2种磁偶极子公式计算结果进行比较,基于此,对磁场中磁性颗粒表面的磁场强度、磁感应强度进行积分,并对磁偶极子公式中的磁场强度H项进行修正,推导出新的磁偶极子公式.结果表明:当颗粒间距小于2.5倍粒径时,相较于有限元计算结果,改进磁偶极子公式、局部磁偶极子公式的磁力误差较大,误差随间距的增加而减小,但最小值仍大于31%.本文推导出的新公式相对于有限元法计算磁力的误差可降低至3%以下,显著提高了毗邻磁性颗粒间的磁力计算准确度.

思想政治教育要贯穿到高校教育教学的全过程,成为课程教育不可缺少的重要组成部分.探讨思政课程和课程思政的含义,回溯历史上思想道德教育转变为当代思想政治教育的过程,从工科专业角度认识课程思政与专业教学的辩证关系,思考专业教学中可挖掘提取的多种思政元素,并阐述课程教学环境下思政内容创新教学改革模式、切实提高教学质量的相关探索,以及工科专业课程与思政的融合和统一,提出了开展工科课程思政教育的若干建议,以期为工科课程思政教学改革提供借鉴与参考.

Abstract :

Magnetic agglomeration plays a vital role in enhancing the separation of fine magnetic mineral particles. However, the forces causing magnetic agglomeration in wet low-intensity magnetic separators (LIMS) are poorly understood; this calls for improved understanding of various forces (including magnetic force (Fm), magnetic agglomeration force (Fmm), gravity (G)) acting on magnetic particles in the LIMS. In this study, a 3D lowintensity magnetic field (LIMF) with uniform gradient was simulated, and the different forces acting on magnetic particles were calculated in the form of Fmm/Fm and Fmm/G by finite element analysis (FEA). Results show that magnetic agglomeration force has a significant competitive effect on magnetic separation. However, there are still some methods to weaken the effect of magnetic agglomeration force. This study not only provides theoretical guidance for the innovative development of LIMS, but also opens a new perspective for the recovery of strong magnetic minerals from ore resources.

Abstract :

Magnetic interaction between magnetic particles is of great significance in the fields of magnetic separation and functional materials. A good understanding of interaction mechanism of magnetic particles would further boost its promising industrial applications. We hereby present our work which visualizes the movement behavior of magnetic spheres in magnetic fields employing high-speed imaging and simulates the dynamic behavior of spheres using an Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) based on finite element method. In this paper, we investigated the stress tensor, magnetic force, and dynamic behavior of magnetic spheres in magnetic fields, especially magnetic energy density in different domains. Results show that there are four relatively independent regions of magnetic energy density distribution in external spatial domains of a single sphere system. Attractive force will generate when the energy density in the spatial region between two spheres is relatively high, while a repulsive force will generate when the energy density in the spatial region between two spheres is relatively low. Every magnetic sphere spontaneously moves towards the region with high energy density and stays away from the region with low energy density. The total magnetic energy in magnetic spheres' domains (V1) and external spatial domains (V2) increases, but the magnetic energy in the external spatial domain decreases over time during the aggregation process. The magnetic spheres ultimately arrange in chain-like structures oriented along magnetic field direction. We hereby proposed a novel and efficient approach to predict the movement trends and final state of magnetic particle swarm from the view of energy density. Abstract :

随着新一轮教学改革开展以来,虚拟仿真技术已经成为教育辅助手段中不可缺少的重要组成部分。疫情以来,尤其是类似矿物加工工程这类工科属性的专业,难以现场实践,虚拟仿真技术运用于矿物加工教学将成为新的趋势与热点。本文探讨虚拟仿真技术相较于传统教学的优势,如能够建立安全高效且节约的教学环境、创新教学改革模式,切实提高教学质量等。并阐述了矿物加工虚拟仿真应用的不足之处,也提出了开展矿物加工虚拟仿真应用的若干建议,以期为基于虚拟仿真技术的矿物加工教学改革提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract :

以提纯后的钠基膨润土为原料,采用四氧化三铁磁体合成磁性膨润土,通过改变合成过程中的pH值、温度、搅拌聚合时间以及改性剂用量,根据改性磁性膨润土吸附铜离子的效果,判断实验条件对改性磁性膨润土的影响.确定最佳的改性条件为合成时pH值12,合成过程温度40℃,搅拌聚合时间2.5 h,吸附时间60 min,改性剂(nFe:nSi=3:1)用量30%(质量分数),产品最佳循环利用次数4次.通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、XRD和电子探针等对产品进行表征分析,结果表明改性膨润土具有较好的吸附能力,利用四氧化三铁复合可以制备出性能优良的磁改性膨润土.
