预制UHPC叠合承压板设计与受力性能分析

Abstract :

为探讨预制超高性能混凝土(Ultra-high Performance Concrete,UHPC)叠合承压板基本力学性能,开展了UHPC承压板足尺模型试验、数值分析和优化设计.结果表明,U HPC承压板受力全过程分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段和破坏阶段,最终因受压区UHPC被压溃而破坏,其破坏模式和裂缝分布与传统 RC承压板基本相似,但因UHPC具有较高的抗拉/抗压性能,可有效抑制裂缝的扩展,并显著提升结构承载力;经模型试验验证,基于ABAQUS软件提出的有限元建模方法可较好地模拟 UHPC承压板的受力全过程与极限承载力,随着钢筋直径和UHPC抗拉/抗压强度的增大,U H PC承压板极限承载力随之提高,但荷载~位移和钢筋荷载~应变曲线弹性段斜率基本保持不变;在满足结构受力要求的前提下,通过削减叠合承压板数量可进一步减轻自重,优化设计后的UHPC承压板重量较传统RC承压板可降低 26.0%,全寿命周期成本可减小7.2%,使用年限可提高1倍.

Study on Uniaxial Tensile Test Method and Constitutive Relationship of UHPC EI CSCD PKU

Abstract :

Uniaxial tensile test of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)is a basic material test to analyze its tensile properties and tensile constitutive relationship. Through optimization of the shape and size of the specimens,the success rate of the test has been greatly improved. However,due to the difference in the connection device and reinforcement method,the success rate of each institution is uneven. In order to further ensure the success rate of the uniaxial tensile test,the influence of four common connection devices and three reinforcement methods on the success rate of the test were systematically analyzed through experimental research and numerical simulation,and the optimal test scheme was selected. The results showed that the in-plane clamping device has the advantages of reliable connection and simple operation,which is suitable for popularization. However,there is a problem that the size processing error or micro deformation of the clamp leads to the narrowing of the contact surface with the specimen,intensifies the stress concentration caused by clamping,and makes it impossible to control the main crack to be located in the measuring range;both flexible reinforcement (paste carbon fiber reinforced polymer)and rigid reinforcement (paste aluminum sheet) of the contact area between the specimen and the fixture can effectively solve the above problems,increase the success rate. In addition,the influence of the aspect ratio and volume fraction of steel fibers on the damage constitutive relationship of UHPC under uniaxial tension was investigated by using the optimal uniaxial tensile test method. The damage evolution law of UHPC under uniaxial tensile load was explored through acoustic emission (AE)monitoring. The damage factor was constructed using AE parameters (cumulative counts ratio),and the uniaxial tensile damage constitutive relationship of UHPC considering the influence of steel fiber was obtained. © 2024 Cailiao Daobaoshe/ Materials Review. Abstract :

Ultra -high performance concrete (UHPC) is an innovative cement -based composite material characterized by extremely high durability and mechanical properties, which provides a potential possibility of using non -desalted sea -sand as aggregate. However, the long-term steel corrosion behavior in UHPC prepared by simulated sea -sand under different immersion environments remains unclear, which is of great significance for the application of sea -sand UHPC in practical engineering. In this study, the pore structure of sea -sand UHPC matrix was measured using nitrogen adsorption/desorption method. The corrosion behavior of rebar in sea -sand UHPC with different endogenous chloride ion contents soaking in pure water and NaCl solution was characterized by linear polarization resistance (LPR), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic polarization (CP). The experimental results show that the initial UHPC pore structure is refined by incorporation of sea -sand, and is similar to that of ordinary UHPC at the later hydration. Regardless of the endogenous chloride ion content and immersion environment, the corrosion rate evaluated by corrosion current density (icorr) and polarization resistance (Rp) of reinforcement in UHPC is extremely low. The measurement of EIS shows that UHPC group has higher matrix resistance (Rc) and charge transfer resistance (Rct), while lower electric double layer capacitance (CPEdl) of reinforcement, which indicates that the steel in UHPC made of sea -sand is still in a state of passivation. However, the steel bar in comparison specimen OPC soaking in NaCl solution is in the corrosion stage. Furthermore, sea -sand UHPC possesses of excellent ability of anti -pitting corrosion of reinforcement after 180 days of immersion in NaCl solution.

Abstract :

单圆管钢管混凝土(CFST)拱桥常采用稀疏的横撑布置形式,面外失稳时具有较大的剪切变形,不适合采用现有基于不考虑剪切变形假定的计算方法.本文以缀板稀疏布置的格构柱为研究对象,推导得到考虑剪切变形后格构柱弹性分支屈曲临界荷载计算公式,并以格构柱弹性分支屈曲临界荷载计算公式为基础,采用等效梁柱法推导得到考虑剪切变形的单圆管钢管混凝土拱桥面外弹性分支屈曲临界荷载计算公式.开展了单圆管钢管混凝土标准拱桥有限元参数分析,并将有限元分析结果与考虑和不考虑剪切变形计算公式、现有规范与参考文献推荐计算公式的计算结果进行对比分析.研究结果表明:在工程常用的结构尺寸范围内,现有规范和文献推荐公式计算结果比有限元计算结果小了1个数量级,不适用于计算单圆管钢管混凝土拱桥面外弹性分支屈曲临界荷载.本文提出的考虑剪切变形的单圆管钢管混凝土拱桥面外弹性分支屈曲临界荷载计算公式与有限元计算结果的误差在15%之内,具有较大的精度提升和较好的适用性.

Abstract :

The concrete-filled steel tubular (CFST) arch bridges with circular tube ribs usually adopt the sparsely arranged transverse braces, which have a large shear deformation in the out-of-plane instability, it is not suitable to use the existing calculation method based on the assumption that shear deformation is not considered. Taking the lattice columns with sparsely battened plates as the research object, the calculation formula of elastic stability bearing capacity of lattice columns considering the shear deformation is derived. Based on the calculation formula of elastic stability bearing capacity of lattice column and by employing the equivalent beam-column method, the calculation formula of out-of-plane elastic stability bearing capacity considering shear deformation for CFST arch bridge with circular tube ribs is proposed. The parameter analysis on the standard CFST arch bridges with circular tube ribs are carried out by finite element(FE) method, the results are compared with the calculation results according to formulas considering and without considering shear deformations, and formulas recommended by the existing codes and references. The results of research show that in the scope of structure dimensions commonly used in engineering, the results obtained by recommended formulas in existing codes and references are one order of magnitude smaller than those obtained by finite element method, they are not suitable for the calculation of out-of-plane elastic stability bearing capacity of CFST arch bridge with circular tube ribs. The error between FE analysis and proposed calculation formula of out-of-plane elastic stability bearing capacity considering shear deformation for CFST arch bridge is within 15%, which has a large precision improvement and good applicability. © 2024 Editorial Board of Jilin University. 本文介绍了波形钢腹板在桥梁结构中的应用发展概况和国外大跨度混凝土拱桥最新的研究进展,提出了波形钢腹板混凝土拱桥新型桥梁的构思,并介绍了以重庆万州长江大桥为原型进行的试设计的初步成果。试设计初步分析结果表明,这种新桥型在减轻拱圈自重、方便施工、缩短工期等方面具有相当的优越性,可作为混凝土拱桥向大跨径发展的一个新桥型进行深入的研究。

Abstract :

无伸缩缝桥梁由于取消了伸缩装置,从而可彻底地解决伸缩装置的养护问题,是一种可持续发展的桥梁形式.它的应用以梁桥为主,在拱桥中应用相对较少.该文以云南八丘田桥为例,该桥为上承式拱桥,其拱上桥道结构与两引桥跨直接相连形成连续结构,并延伸至台后的引板(搭板),从而消除了全桥的桥面伸缩缝,使其成为一座无伸缩缝拱桥.该文阐述了无伸缩缝拱桥的主要类型,重点介绍了八丘田桥的设计,并分析了上承式拱的桥面伸缩量、取消伸缩缝对结构受力的影响.

Abstract :

The macro properties of fiber reinforced concrete is significantly associated with the spatial distribution of fiber. In this paper, the statistics-based algorithms characterizing fiber spatial distribution including orientation probability, spacing distance and wall effect were proposed based on the established the random generation model of cylindrical fibers in an ideal three-dimensional fiber reinforced concrete matrix. The influence of fiber physical parameters on the overall fiber spatial distribution were statistically analyzed. The results show that the fiber orientation probability in ideal fiber reinforced concrete matrix is almost constant. The fiber geometric size plays an important role on the fiber spatial morphological characteristics, where the fiber spacing distance in-creases with the fiber length and diameter, and the wall effect is significantly affected by the fiber length. The heterogeneity of fiber distribution characterized by the higher fiber spacing distance in the edge region is associated with the fiber sparsity mainly influenced by the single fiber volume and total fiber fraction. With the constraints of wall effect and principal stress direction, the boundary region parallel to the principal stress has a higher fiber orientation coefficient, while the region perpendicular to principle stress possesses of the lowest coefficient.

Abstract :

To improve the mechanical properties of masonry columns, a new masonry column with UHPM (UMC) based on the ultra-high performance mortar (UHPM) was proposed. Axial compression test were carried out on two groups of UMC with fired brick and concrete brick. By comparing with the conventional masonry columns (MC), the stress mechanism and failure mode of UMC were discussed. The applicability of formula for calculating the axial compression bearing capacity of masonry columns in the current specification to UMC was evaluated, and the prediction formula for the axial compression bearing capacity of UMC was proposed. Analysis results show that the whole stress process of UMC and MC is similar, which both experience the stress stage before cracking, cracking development stage and failure stage. The initial cracking load of UMC is much higher than that of MC, where, the values of UMC with fired brick and concrete brick are 2.36 and 2.45 times than those of MC, respectively, and both are greater than the ultimate load of MC. Both the UMC and MC lost their bearing capacity due to the block failure. The failure mode of MC shows obvious brittleness, and the cracks mainly develop at the interface between the mortar and the block. However, the failure of UMC shows good ductility, and the crushing degree of block is much larger than that of MC. Compared with MC, mortar in UMC is no longer a weak part, and the UHPM plays a constraint role on the lateral deformation of the block, which can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the masonry column. The compression bearing capacities of UMC with fired brick and concrete brick are 1.74 and 2.00 times that of MC, respectively, indicating that the application of UHPM in masonry structure is quite feasible. The strength calculation formula for MC in the current specification will overestimate the bearing capacity of UMC. The proposed UMC strength calculation formula for UMC takes into account the strength of block and the constraint effect of UHPM on the block. © 2022, Editorial Department of Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering. Abstract :

为解决现有钢桥面铺装因大面积现浇超高性能混凝土(UHPC)产生收缩开裂,需密集配筋,施工现场需要大量蒸养设备等问题,提出了一种采用预制-现浇UHPC板的钢桥面铺装.通过钢-预制UHPC板界面、钢-现浇UHPC板界面和预制-现浇UHPC界面局部模型试验,揭示了采用预制-现浇UHPC板的钢桥面铺装各关键界面黏结性能;通过节段足尺模型试验与有限元分析,明确了车辆荷载下采用预制-现浇UHPC板的钢桥面铺装的荷载效应.研究结果表明:钢-预制UHPC板界面受拉和受剪破坏均发生于粘胶层与预制UHPC板结合面,法向抗拉和切向抗剪承载力可保守地取5.2 MPa和8.7 MPa;栓钉间距在150~320 mm之间时,栓钉加密对钢-现浇UHPC板界面抗剪承载力影响较小,可根据中国规范进行现浇UHPC板中栓钉承载力的计算,抗剪刚度可保守的取110.0 kN·mm-1;界面凿毛处理和湿接缝采用蒸汽养护,可使预制-现浇UHPC接缝的抗剪强度分别提升23%和20%,预制-现浇UHPC接缝抗剪强度可保守地取2.4 MPa;在3倍车辆设计荷载作用下,UHPC板以及钢-UHPC板界面的应力均小于容许应力.提出的采用预制-现浇UHPC板的钢桥面铺装方案可行.
