Abstract :
为了解决开发公路新型护栏过程中需要实车足尺碰撞导致的经济代价高昂问题,论文采用有限元计算仿真设计了一种由轻量化不锈钢三波板和低合金高强度结构钢组合而成的公路新型SB级护栏结构.在深入分析材料特性基础上,构建了新型护栏立柱和防阻块及相应的有限元模型.在验证整车模型可靠性基础上,设计了护栏板厚度、立柱厚度和防阻块厚度三因素四水平的正交实验仿真方案.碰撞仿真结果表明:三因素中防阻块厚度对车辆质心加速度的影响程度最大,且随着防阻块厚度的逐步增大,车辆质心加速度增大;护栏板厚度对护栏横向最大动态变形量的影响程度最大,且随着波形梁板的厚度逐步增大,护栏的最大动态变形量变小.最后,综合考虑碰撞指标和经济性,确定了护栏最优组合方案并验证了可行性.研究成果可为公路新型护栏结构优化提供参考.

Abstract :
传统碳钢护栏存在单位体积重量大、生产和运输过程碳排放量大、产品重复利用率低以及在碰撞事故中车辆容易冲入对向车道等缺点.文章优选一种新型不锈钢(QN1701)作为轻量化护栏材料,化学成分分析显示具有高锰、高铬和高 PREN 值特点,其抗拉强度达到 740 MPa,屈服强度为 430 MPa,延伸率为 54%,比传统碳钢(Q235)相应力学指标提高了 56%~72%,因此具有更高的结构安全性;经Newmark-β法理论计算,QN1701 护栏结构体系可以有效减轻碰撞严重程度,保护车辆不冲出护栏,设计防护等级为SB级的护栏结构同比Q235 护栏轻量化率达到了 48.3%,数值仿真结果表明,新型不锈钢护栏的安全性能满足SB级防护等级要求.

Abstract :
To understand the evolutionary law of heterogeneous traffic flows in intelligent network, based on the improved NaSch model, the simulation experiments are conducted respectively for the early, middle and late stages of intelligent network connectivity, and the basic diagram of traffic flow is obtained via numerical simulation to analyze the intrinsic connection between the capacity and the penetration rate of connected vehicles. Through Markov chain, the orderly arrangement of connected vehicles is proved to improve the road capacity, and random simulation experiments verify the theoretical derivation. The relative entropy in terms of vehicle arrangement is introduced to quantify the order of heterogeneous traffic flow, and clarify the essence of the connected and autonomous vehicle (CAV) improving traffic conditions. The results show that: the capacity increases with the penetration of CAV; in the early stage, the increase of penetration has a little effect on the capacity improvement with the maximum of 23.5%, while in the middle and late stages, it improves the capacity by 125.0%; under certain traffic density, CAV penetration positively correlates with traffic, and the relative entropy negatively correlates with traffic; when CAVs are in a separated state, the relative entropy is low and the improvement in the randomly mixed capacity reduces with increasing CAV penetration . © 2022 Authors. 本实用新型提供一种带万向轮的高速公路中央分隔带旋转桶式活动护栏,包括活动护栏,所述活动护栏两侧下部设置有万向轮组件,所述活动护栏包括至少两个前后对称设置的横梁架,相邻横梁架之间设置有连接机构,所述连接机构两侧设置有多个立柱,每个立柱外套有旋转桶,每个立柱经U型钢板分别与两个横梁架连接,其中长的立柱向下延伸至位于地基内部的钢套筒。本实用新型设计合理,在应急情况下方便开启,日常维修更换方便,拆卸后可人工推移,同时可以克服施工中存在的单元活动护栏之间的上、下高差和左、右平差。

为了掌握快速路瓶颈路段异质交通流的演变规律,以缓解交通拥堵,本文以快速路上匝道瓶颈路段为研究对象,构建了考虑安全距离的改进NaSch上匝道模型,利用数值仿真,对不同场景交通流演化过程进行系统性研究.仿真结果显示:在不同条件下,异质交通流中自动驾驶车辆比例的增加对瓶颈路段交通运营状态影响结果各异.在自由流阶段,自动驾驶车辆比例的增加对快速路瓶颈路段运营通行能力的增加无显著影响,自动驾驶车辆比例取0.9时,瓶颈路段运营通行能力反而降低了2.48%;在交通拥堵状态下,当异质交通流中自动驾驶车辆比例达到0.7及以上时,才有助于交通拥堵的消散,且其临界值随交通拥堵状态程度的提高而增大;当交通密度达到100 veh/km以上时,自动驾驶车辆比例的增加无法实质性改善瓶颈路段交通拥堵状态.研究结果可为异质交通流环境下的快速路上匝道瓶颈路段的治堵策略提供理论依据.

Abstract :
工程教育认证是以学生为中心、以成果为导向的教育体系。为符合工程教育认证的要求,基于成果导向理念,提出《交通管理与控制》课程目标和学生应达到的能力要求。进而依据课程目标,给出课程教学内容和考核方式,最后研究课程教学方法和评价实施方式,并以某级交通工程专业学生为例,评价发现课程目标2的完成度尚有不足,需加强交通控制部分教学改进。研究提出的基于成果导向理念的《交通管理与控制》专业课程开发与实施方法,有助于发现课程设置存在的问题,为课程改革和教学改进提供理论依据。

Traffic congestion and collision problems had been focused widely by transportation researchers. Various traffic management strategies such as Variable Speed Limit (VSL), ramp metering (RM), etc., have been deployed to mitigate traffic congestion and collision. However, most previous studies focused on the impacts of VSL or RM control separately. Therefore, in this study, a model predictive integrated VSL and RM control strategy based on collision probability optimization was proposed. The proposed control strategy predicts future traffic states and collision probability, and considers the optimum VSL and RM input simultaneously by minimizing collision probability. To quantify the safety and mobility impact, the proposed integrated control was implemented in microscopic simulation and compared with VSL control, RM control and without any control scenario respectively. The results indicate that the integrated VSL and RM control strategy can improve safety by approximately 41% and mobility by approximately 13% In conclusion, the proposed integrated VSL and RM control strategy was better than VSL control strategy and RM control strategy independently.
