一种新型软开关双向大变比DC-DC变换器研究

Abstract :

目前,开关电源等电力电子设备主要的能量损耗集中在开关器件上的开关损耗,因此国内外学者对软开关技术进行了大量的深入研究,以期提高电力电子设备的效率.提出一种新型软开关双向大变比DC-DC变换器,通过软开关方案的设计与应用,减小了功率开关管电压尖峰,实现了各功率开关管相应的零电压开通与关断、零电流开通与关断,提升了变换器的效率.对所提变换器的工作原理和模态变化进行了详细的理论分析,并搭建了1台48~400 V、400 W实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性.

Abstract :

Electricity price prediction is essential for the optimal dispatch in power markets, with accurate prediction models being critical for efficient power system operations and market trading decisions. Deep learning networks, with their powerful nonlinear modeling capabilities, have shown promising results in electricity price forecasting. However, their design techniques, especially the selection of network parameters, remain challenging. This indicates that the optimization and exploration of deep learning networks in electricity price forecasting models require further investigation. This paper innovatively proposes a forecasting model that uniquely integrates Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD), Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO), Attention Mechanism (ATT), and Long Short-Term Memory Network (LSTM), optimizing the model from three different perspectives. First, during the data preprocessing phase, the training set is subjected to VMD to reduce noise, thereby enhancing the capture of multi-scale characteristics inherent in electricity price time series. The ATT layer is integrated to adaptively allocate weights, enhancing the model's focus on significant features. The GWO is applied to optimize hyperparameters of the LSTM, accelerating convergence and improving iteration accuracy, thereby reducing model error. A series of experiments were conducted using multiple regional electricity price datasets, evaluated with several metrics including RMSE. The results validated the effectiveness of the proposed three modules in improving the performance of the time series network, with VMD making the most significant contribution. Among all models, VMD-GWO-ATT-LSTM consistently outperformed others, demonstrating its effectiveness and robustness in electricity price forecasting. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd

Abstract :

随着便携式电子产品的轻薄化和小型化发展,电源模块也朝着小型化发展,所以对电源模块中体积最大的磁性元件电感进行建模设计就显得尤为重要。针对片式电感器的薄膜电感,首先应用磁场分割法,建立磁路模型,计算其感量;接着,进一步分析各磁阻的磁场大小,推出简易的磁场表达式,代入用多项式拟合后的磁导率曲线,对电感直流叠加特性进行研究;并且分析了当设计某目标感值时,匝数和电阻的关系,得出了在最优匝数下的磁芯高度占比范围在59%左右;最后运用有限元仿真软件验证了该模型的精确性和实用性,当磁芯高度占比在54.74%~63.16%时,误差范围为-1.97%~0.31%,当磁芯高度在59%左右时,饱和电流求解误差在4.28%以内。

A Zero-Input-Current-Ripple High Voltage Gain DC-DC Converter With Y-Source Coupled Inductor Scopus

Abstract :

In this paper, a zero-input-current-ripple (ZICR) DC-DC converter is proposed. The proposed converter benefits like significant voltage gain and enhanced efficiency. ZICR is achieved by adding a ZICR structure, which consists of a capacitor, an inductor, and a coupled inductor. The presence of the capacitor results in an average zero current passing through the ZICR structure. Therefore, a small size magnetic core can be used to design the inductor and coupled inductor, which can reduce the volume and copper loss of the magnetic components. In addition, merging a voltage multiplier with a Y-source coupled inductor to derive high boost capacity. The inherent passive clamping circuit effectively alleviates the turn off voltage spike of the switch. All diodes achieve zero current switching (ZCS) turn off by utilizing capacitors to absorb leakage energy. Then, the reverse recovery issues are mitigated. An in-depth elaboration is provided for the operating principle of the converter. Ultimately, a prototype with 200-W, 32-380 V, 50-kHz is developed to validate the realizability of the proposed converter. Within the output power range of 40-200W, the overall efficiency of the prototype with the ZICR structure is higher than that without this structure. The peak efficiency of the proposed converter, both in the presence and absence of the ZICR structure, stands at 95.9% and 95.6%, respectively. © 2024 IEEE.

Abstract :

With electric vehicles&#x2019; popularity, a surge has been created in demand for charging infrastructure. As a result, the maintenance of charging piles has become a critical issue that requires attention. To effectively utilize the fault features of the front and back circuits in case of the charging pile fails, a multi-feature fusion model is proposed in this paper. Firstly, using the front and back stage feature information fusion module to fuse the collected front-stage fault feature quantity signals and the back-stage fault feature quantity signals. And then the spatial and temporal feature extraction modules are used to mine the spatial and temporal high-dimensional features in parallel. Finally, through the spatio-temporal feature fusion classification module, the spatial and temporal features are fused and classified to achieve the purpose of fault diagnosis. The proposed method employs deep learning techniques, which avoids the cumbersome steps involved in graphical input and the errors arising from manually selecting features in traditional deep learning algorithms and gives full play to the parallel diagnostic performance of deep learning. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms other comparative algorithms in terms of diagnostic accuracy, convergence speed, and overfitting suppression, and has excellent noise immunity, which can cope with the noisy situation of charging piles. In the experimental test, the fault diagnosis accuracy of this method reached 96.36%, and its recognition sensitivity for most fault categories was higher than that of the comparison model, which further verified the superiority and robustness of this method. Abstract :

A Y-source coupled inductor based high voltage gain DC-DC converter with zero input current ripple (ZICR) is proposed in this paper. ZICR is achieved by adding an auxiliary circuit which is composed of an inductor, a capacitor, and a coupled inductor in series. The presence of the capacitor results in an average zero current passing through the ZICR structure. Therefore, a small size magnetic core can be used to design the inductor, which can reduce the volume and copper loss of the magnetic components. In addition, a Y-source coupled inductor along with a voltage multiplier are used to achieve high voltage. The inherent passive clamp circuit effectively restricts the off-voltage spike and voltage stress across the switch. By utilizing capacitors to absorb the leakage energy, zero current switching (ZCS) turn-off of all diodes is achieved and mitigates the reverse-recovery issues of converter. A 200 W 32-380 V 50 kHz experimental prototype is built to verify the feasibility of this converter. Within the output power range of 40-200W, the efficiency of the prototype with ZICR structure is higher than that without this structure. The maximum efficiency of the converter with the ZICR structure and without it are 95.9% and 95.6% respectively. © 2013 IEEE.

双有源桥DC-DC变换器回流功率优化策略研究

Abstract :

针对双有源桥DC-DC变换器在功率传输过程中回流功率过大的问题,基于双重移相控制,提出一种分段优化控制策略对回流功率进行优化。通过定义功率分段点,对输出功率进行分段。当输出功率低于功率分段点时,电路实现零回流功率运行;当输出功率高于功率分段点时,电路实现最小回流功率运行。最后,搭建了1台250 W的实验样机。实验结果表明,与传统移相控制方式相比,分段优化控制策略能有效减少双有源桥DC-DC变换器的回流功率,提高电路工作效率。

Abstract :

谐振电流的有效值和峰值对变换器的效率分析和器件选型尤为重要。针对计算谐振电流时使用基波分析法准确性太低,而使用时域分析法计算又太过复杂的问题,在工作频率大于谐振频率工况下对电路谐振电流波形进行分析和理论推导,同时对电流合理地假设和等效,构建简化的谐振电流模型。实验结果表明,简化电流模型比基波分析法的准确性更高,且计算简单。

Abstract :

For the bidirectional full-bridge CLLC resonant converter, soft switching of primary side and secondary side switches and bidirectional power transmission are its obvious advantages. However, in the pulse frequency modulation control under light-load conditions, the converter will have the disadvantages of output voltage imbalance and low transmission efficiency. In order to improve the range of voltage regulation and efficiency of CLLC resonant converter under light-load conditions, a novel phase-shift pulsewidth modulation method is proposed in this article. There is low voltage gain regulation and low operation losses can be achieved under light load. Considering the parasitic parameters and dead time of the switches, the voltage gain of the proposed control method under light load is precise research by using the time domain analysis method. Finally, an experimental prototype of a bidirectional full-bridge CLLC resonant converter with 200 V input voltage, 200 V output voltage, and a rated power of 800 W is designed. According to the simulation and experimental results, it can be shown that the proposed control method is effective under light-load operation.

Abstract :

针对反激变换器因高频特性描述不准确而误导补偿参数设计的问题,根据平均开关模型法,建立工作于断续导通模式(DCM)下非理想反激变换器小信号模型,并推导包含高频零极点的控制环路传递函数;分析控制环路幅频特性与相频特性,并搭建基于电流模式控制芯片KP2201的反激变换器SIMPLIS仿真模型,与实验样机进行测试验证。仿真与实验结果均表明,基于所提模型预测的控制环路能够有效描述系统工作特性,在频率响应及动态响应上均具有良好的一致性,为工程应用中设计稳定系统提供参考。
