Abstract ：
This paper proposes a semiparametric spatial lag model and develops a Bayesian estimation method for this model. In the estimation of the model, the paper combines Reversible Jump Markov Chain Monte Carlo (RJMCMC) algorithm, random walk Metropolis sampler, and Gibbs sampling techniques to sample all the parameters. The paper conducts numerical simulations to validate the proposed Bayesian estimation theory using a numerical example. The simulation results demonstrate satisfactory estimation performance of the parameter part and the fitting performance of the nonparametric function under different spatial weight matrix settings. Furthermore, the paper applies the constructed model and its estimation method to an empirical study on the relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions in China, illustrating the practical application value of the theoretical results. © 2024 by the authors.

碳交易试点政策是中国经济实现低碳转型的重要举措。基于2007-2021年30个省份的面板数据，运用多时点DID和连续DID相结合的方法，实证研究碳交易市场对地区产业结构升级的影响。研究表明：碳交易试点政策可以正向影响地区产业结构升级，且碳价格的提高显著地促进了地区产业结构升级。异质性分析发现，对于东部和中部地区，碳价格对地区结构高度化的提升有明显的促进作用，但是对西部地区的影响效果不显著。机制分析发现，碳价格可通过提高研发强度间接促进产业结构升级。基于以上结论，提出相关建议：一是进一步推进全国碳交易市场建设，推动全国和地区碳交易市场健康有效地运行；二是合理控制碳配额数量，扩大行业覆盖面，增加主体多样性，同时丰富市场交易产品；三是完善碳市场内部运行机制，提高市场运行质量；四是加强对碳减排技术的支持，增强企业合作的多元性，提高企业核心竞争力。

Selecting suppliers for prefabricated components (PCs) involves a complex decision-making process, frequently relying on ambiguous information and subjective judgment. However, most existing methods use precise values to portray indicator information and overlook the uncertainty of weights and the subjective preferences of decision-makers (DMs). In order to address these limits, this paper proposes a novel approach to select suppliers of PCs. Initially, an evaluation index system for suppliers is established through literature analysis and a questionnaire survey. The system comprises six layers: product quality, price, service level, comprehensive ability, supply ability, and environmental sustainability. The group decision matrix is then constructed using the set-valued statistical method and the prospect theory. The index weights are determined by a combination weighting method. Next, the cobweb model is introduced to analyze the disparity between the alternative and ideal solutions, describing their similarities in terms of area and shape. Lastly, cobweb similarity is employed instead of comprehensive distance, combined with the minimum sum of squares criterion, to improve the closeness algorithm and contrast the alternatives. The results demonstrate that this method facilitates a comprehensive evaluation of the benefits and drawbacks of various alternatives from diverse perspectives. Furthermore, it allows flexible adjustments based on the risk preferences of DMs, ensuring accurate and reliable decision results.

We investigate the effect of corporate digitalization capabilities on green innovation among Chinese-listed firms. Using a panel dataset of 2908 companies from 2011 to 2020, we use textual analysis and entropy weighting on corporate annual reports to construct a yearly corporate digitalization index. Our findings show that corporate digitalization promotes green innovation, as evidenced by patent applications and grants. This relationship is stronger for firms with fewer financial constraints and in provinces with strong intellectual property protection. We also find the national digital policy of the "Internet Plus" strategy has a stronger positive effect on corporate green innovation for corporations with a higher degree of digitalization. Our results are robust to various alternative measures, econometric models, and different samples.

In recent years, the model of extensive economic development at the expense of the ecological environment has been gradually abandoned by all countries in the world. Green economic transformation has become the basic consensus of societies worldwide. Capital is the blood of enterprise development. The rapid development of the green economy with the goal of supporting the green transformation of the economy has increased the financing pressure of enterprises caused by pollution. This paper explores the internal relationship between corporate green behavior decision-making and corporate green financing constraints from a micro perspective. Based on the data of China's A-share manufacturing industry from 2011 to 2019, this paper examines the impact of corporate ESG performance on the green financing constraints for it. The empirical results show that the listed companies face greater green financing constraints at present. The overall performance of corporate ESG is conducive to easing corporate green financing constraints, but the role of ESG sub-performance is limited. At the same time, there are regional and scale differences in the mitigation effect of the performance of corporate ESGs on green financing constraints. Finally, this paper puts forward policy suggestions on how to promote the alleviation of corporate green financing constraints. Namely: (1) enterprises should improve themselves by improving technological innovation and utilization rate to meet the requirements of green development; and (2) relevant institutions shall formulate appropriate policies and conduct reasonable supervision according to the differentiated requirements of enterprises with different characteristics in different regions.

Based on the panel data from 283 prefecture-level cities in China between 2009 and 2019, this study examines the impact of China's carbon emissions trading system on reducing carbon emissions and its mechanisms, using the PSM-DID method. The findings demonstrate that the carbon emissions trading system can effectively decrease the total carbon emissions in pilot cities in China, and has a positive spatial spillover effect on neighboring cities of the pilot areas. The carbon emission trading system primarily reduces carbon emission by incentivizing businesses to implement eco-friendly practices and improve the industrial structure of pilot cities. Increased financial marketisation can promote the carbon emission reduction effects of the trading system. The impact of the carbon emission trading system on old industrial base cities and inland cities is more significant than those on non-old industrial base cities and coastal cities.

在去杠杆的大背景下，企业融资约束日益趋紧，维持住企业投资对国民经济发展意义重大。基于2009—2021年我国A股非金融类上市公司数据，运用线性回归和非线性回归方法探究企业杠杆率和融资约束的存在对其投资水平的影响机理及效应。研究发现：杠杆率与企业投资水平之间具有非线性影响关系，低杠杆对投资水平的影响不明确，而高杠杆会显著抑制投资水平的增长。融资约束的存在会显著限制企业投资水平的增长。融资约束的存在会弱化杠杆率和投资水平的负相关关系，这种弱化现象在低杠杆率企业中最明显。杠杆率和融资约束对企业投资的影响具有显著的行业和经济类型异质性，相对于非制造业而言，制造业企业的杠杆率和融资约束对其投资的负向影响程度更大，融资约束对这种负相关关系的弱化作用也更加明显；相对于非国有企业而言，国有企业中杠杆率和融资约束对企业投资的负向影响程度更大，但融资约束对这种负相关关系的弱化作用并没有非国有企业明显。有鉴于此，在去杠杆的过程中应注重优化杠杆结构，警惕连锁反应。

在数字经济背景下，数字化发展对企业绿色创新战略升级的影响值得深入探讨。本文依据交易成本理论和自然资源基础观，构建数字化发展水平对企业绿色创新的影响机制模型，探究融资约束和地方知识产权保护的调节作用。结果表明，数字化发展能促进企业绿色创新产出，且随着企业绿色创新水平不断提高，数字化发展的激励效应越显著；融资约束低、地方知识产权保护强的企业加强了数字化发展对企业绿色创新的促进作用。本研究对数字经济后果影响以及企业绿色创新发展具有一定借鉴意义。

This paper investigates the influence of host and home country institutional conditions on foreign institutional investment. Utilizing longitudinal and multilevel data on foreign institutional investment in Chinese listed firms between 2004 and 2017, we document that foreign institutional investment decreases with increasing economic policy uncertainty in the host nation. We also find that foreign institutional investors respond more strongly to local economic policy uncertainty when their home nations are closer to China, are culturally and administratively similar to China, operate a smaller domestic stock market, and have weaker minority shareholder protection. The impact of economic policy uncertainty on foreign institutional investment is also stronger when the host nation institution is more developed and open.. Moreover, we reveal the mediating role of stock market volatility on this relationship. Overall, we document that foreign institutional investment is not only shaped by institutional conditions in the host country but also influenced by home country characteristics that define geographical and institutional distance between home and host nations.
