Abstract :

Aiming at the low-carbon economic dispatch of the integrated energy system,this paper constructs a low-carbon economic operation framework of the comprehensive energy system with multiple micro integrated energy systems,and a two-level optimal dispatch strategy of the integrated energy system considering the green certificates-carbon trading mechanism is proposed. Firstly,the carbon emission intensity and carbon emissions of each node in the energy network is calculated,which utilize the carbon emission flow model. Secondly,by analyzing the operation mechanisms of carbon trading and green certificate trading markets,the carbon trading,green certificate trading model of the micro integrated energy system are established,and green certificate-carbon trading linkage mechanism is designed to reduce the carbon trading fulfillment costs of micro integrated energy system. Then,a two-layer optimal dispatch model of integrated energy system under green certificate-carbon trading mechanism is established. The upper layer is the economic dispatch model of power grid and gas network. The lower layer is the low-carbon economic dispatch model of multi micro integrated energy systems considering the demand response with the goal of minimizing the operating cost. Finally,the calculation example shows that the proposed model can effectively reduce carbon emissions,decrease renewable energy waste,and achieve low-carbon economic operation of the integrated energy system. © 2024 Science Press. Abstract :

已有限流器优化配置方法大多以电阻、电感型限流器为配置对象,且只考虑每条线路均配置限流器的工况,降低系统经济效益,因此提出一种计及新型柔性直流限流器(novel flexible fault current limiter,NFFCL)运行特性、位置、数量等因素的优化配置方法.首先基于换流站和NFFCL简化模型,构建含NFFCL直流系统故障电流计算模型,并在 5 节点直流系统验证其准确性;其次,以NFFCL成本、限流效果为目标函数,以断路器最大开断电流为约束条件,构建多目标优化配置模型,并对NSGA-Ⅱ算法中的拥挤度计算进行改进,以实现优化配置过程中 NFFCL 安装数量与容量的解耦;最后,采用改进拥挤度计算的 NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解得到 11 节点直流系统的NFFCL优化配置方案,并通过限流器成本、安装数量、限流效果之间的关系选取最终方案.

限流型直流变压器拓扑结构及其暂态特性研究

Abstract :

能量路由器的核心元件为双有源桥(dual active bridge,DAB)直流变压器,针对其短路故障时电流上升速率快,峰值大,导致DAB内部电力电子器件闭锁的问题,该文提出一种具有限流型结构的直流变压器,限流装置结构为从DAB高压侧H桥连接单相整流桥,再与输出端口的限流电感相连。当直流系统发生短路故障时,限流型直流变压器采用混合控制算法进行整流,为限流电感提供钳位电压,限制故障电流的峰值,并与断路器配合实现无弧开断,该方法避免DAB中电力电子器件发生闭锁,快速实现故障限流和隔离。在仿真系统中搭建了基于10kV/750V直流变压器的限流型直流变压器的模型,仿真结果表明限流型直流变压器与断路器配合实现故障限流和隔离的有效性和可行性。

Abstract :

In order to realize the low-carbon emission of power system and boost the economic growth, a bi-level optimal dispatching strategy based on the demand response considering nodal carbon intensity is proposed, which uses the model of carbon intensity guided multivariate flexible load as basic. First, by using the principle of proportional sharing to track the carbon emission flow, a carbon emission flow model is built, and the carbon intensity variation law of each node is perceived from a spatiotemporal dimension. Then, the carbon flow analysis is incorporated into the load-side demand response mechanism, the nodal carbon intensity is used to establish the carbon emission model of demand response for load aggregators, and the dispatching differences of load aggregators under different carbon intensities are clarified to build a bi-level optimal dispatching model of power system based on demand response considering nodal carbon intensity. The upper-level of the model is the optimal economic dispatching of power grid operators, and the lower-level of the model is the demand response economic dispatching of load aggregators. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a modified IEEE 30-bus system. © 2024 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press. All rights reserved.

Abstract :

为实现电力系统低碳排放、助力经济提升,在建立碳势引导多元柔性负荷模型的基础上,提出一种基于节点碳势需求响应的双层优化调度策略。首先,利用比例共享原则追踪碳排放流,搭建碳排放流模型,从时空维度感知各节点的碳势变化规律。其次,将碳流分析纳入负荷侧需求响应机制中,利用节点碳势建立负荷聚合商需求响应碳排放模型,并厘清不同碳势强度下负荷聚合商调度差异,构建基于节点碳势需求响应的电力系统双层优化调度模型。模型上层为电网运营商最优经济调度,模型下层为负荷聚合商需求响应经济调度。最后,以改进IEEE 30节点系统为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract :

There is a problem that the inertia of DC microgrid is low and it is easy for the voltage of a DC bus to be affected by power fluctuation in the network. Thus an adaptive virtual inertia control strategy based on improved model prediction for grid-connected converter of DC microgrid is proposed. First, adaptive analog virtual synchronous generator control is introduced into the voltage outer loop and, by combining the inertial parameters with the voltage change rate, flexible adjustment of the inertial parameters is realized. Secondly, model predictive control is applied in the current inner loop, along with an improved delay compensation algorithm, to achieve fast tracking of the desired current value and enhance the dynamic characteristics of the control system. Finally, a system model is established based on Matlab/Simulink for simulation. The results show that, compared with the traditional virtual inertia control strategy, the DC bus voltage fluctuation amplitude of the proposed control strategy is smaller and the dynamic performance is better. This can effectively improve the stability of the DC bus voltage and the inertia of the DC microgrid. © 2024 Power System Protection and Control Press. All rights reserved.

Abstract :

To address issues related to rapid increases in fault currents, high peak values, and the challenge of ensuring reliable power supply in non-fault areas within DC distribution networks, a novel fault current limiter for DC grids is proposed. The limiter design incorporates a bridge circuit to diminish peak fault currents, a coupling reactance for expediting fault transfer, and a primary current-limiting branch that employs pulse-width modulation to suppress fault currents. A coordinated strategy is introduced between the proposed limiter and DC circuit breakers, utilizing voltage differential criteria and directional overcurrent protection. The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed solution are validated through simulation systems, and preliminary experiments are conducted. Results demonstrate that the proposed limiter effectively curtails fault currents, reducing fault current interruption by at least 90% compared to existing fault isolation methods. This successful implementation of the coordinated strategy ensures the avoidance of converter station lockouts and guarantees the system’s power supply reliability. © 2024 Power System Technology Press. Abstract :

针对直流配电网故障电流上升速度快、峰值高以及无法保证非故障区域供电可靠性的问题,该文提出一种应用于直流配电网的新型故障限流器,并对抑制故障电流峰值的桥式电路、加速故障转移速度的耦合电抗器以及通过斩波抑制故障电流的主限流支路进行理论推导和参数分析.基于电压微分判据和方向性过流保护原理,提出新型限流器与直流断路器的协同作用策略.在仿真系统中验证所提方案的正确性和有效性,并进行限流器的初步实验验证.结果表明,所提限流器能够有效限制故障电流,与已有故障隔离方案相比,采用协同作用策略降低了直流断路器至少90%的分断电流,成功避免了换流站闭锁,确保了系统的供电可靠性.

Abstract :

为抑制微网谐振及母线电压波动,进一步提高直流系统稳定性,该文提出一种计及完全降阶型混合控制算法的直流微网谐振抑制策略.其中,针对线路调节变换器输出电压进行控制,在变换器内环引入电流预测模型,提高系统动态响应速度并省去PWM调制器以及参数的整定,实现电流内环单位化;电压外环则通过构建被控对象逆模型,实现二自由度控制下电压外环单位化.母线电压完全跟随参考电压,抑制了电压传递函数中出现的谐振峰以及母线电压波动现象.最后在Matlab/Simulink平台对所提完全降阶混合控制算法进行仿真验证,结果表明该控制策略能有效抑制直流微网谐振及母线电压波动,提高微网动态特性及抗干扰能力.

Abstract :

In order to solve the problems of weak bidding ability and difficult market accommodation in high proportion wind power market,a bi-level Stackelberg game model of high proportion wind power coupled hydrogen energy storage system participating in spot market bidding is proposed. Firstly,the internal energy conversion relationship of the wind-hydrogen coupling system is studied,and the energy'time-space translation'mechanism of the wind-hydrogen coupling system is revealed. Considering the benefits of the wind-hydrogen coupling system and the cost of wind curtailment,the wind power bidding and hydrogen energy storage charging and discharging decision models are established. Secondly,taking into account the interests of wind- hydrogen coupling system and independent system operators,a market clearing model with thermal power units and wind-hydrogen coupling system as the main body is established based on Stackelberg game. Finally,aiming at the difficulty of solving the two-layer model,the KKT(Karush-Kuhu-Tucker)condition and strong duality theory are used to transform the bi-level model into a single-level mixed integer programming model which is easy to be solved. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy has played a positive role in the market consumption of high proportion of wind power. © 2024 Science Press. All rights reserved.
