Abstract ：
利用高精度活动人口数据，整合空间自相关分析与多中心模型，识别2019年297个地级及以上城市的所有中心地，从中心数量、距离、均衡性评价多中心程度，基于前述3大指标归纳出10类城市空间结构模式。研究表明，除少量分散型城市，中心数越多，相应城市越少；山地海岛、与邻省交界或发达城市更易远离主中心形成副中心；组团式布局的大城市和强县弱区型中小城市具有相对均衡的多中心，圈层扩张型城市则多呈极化格局。经济社会发展水平提高是形塑多中心结构的首要因素，自然地形起伏助推多中心发育，但政府搬迁、兴建开发区等外迁政策对多中心程度并无显著影响，修建道路也难以壮大新中心。可见多中心结构是经济社会高水平发展的产物，而非跨越式打造而成的。

论文从嵌入性视角出发，考察华商企业在非洲的社会适应策略。研究发现，华商企业的经济活动一方面深刻嵌入于非洲本地社会、文化和关系情境中并引发诸多适应性挑战，为此华商企业采取了三种行动策略以提升对非洲社会的适应性，具体包括避让性策略、调适性策略和进取性策略。这三种社会适应策略呈现出进退有度的弹性化特征，令华商企业得以维持与非洲社会的理性交往。另一方面，华商企业在非洲的社会适应过程依赖母国资源的支持。其中，母国人力资本能够帮助华商企业实现跨国经营，助力企业的经济发展；母国政府会积极参与到跨国场域中，协助改善企业的生存环境；族裔商业网络能够为企业积累本土社会资本，提升企业在非洲的社会地位；母国文化是华商企业用于提升非洲员工归属感的有力工具。在社会适应的过程中，非洲华商企业采取弹性化的社会适应策略并形成了一种依赖母国资源的社会适应模式。

Based on fieldwork in Fuzhou's Changle county & horbar;an emigrant-sending region in the People's Republic of China (PRC)& horbar;this paper analyzes transnational judicial practice as it pertains to resolution of transnational migrants' legal disputes. Resolution of "foreign-related" disputes had been obstructed by spatial and temporal barriers and difficulties navigating the PRC's judicial system. However, a more efficient path for transnational migrants to resolve their legal disputes emerged due to: the PRC government's increased concern toward transnational migrants; implementation of new governance procedures within the judicial system; utilization of the transnational migrant's informal social networks; and, application of internet-enabled communication technologies. By examining the extra-territorial reach of state authority in regulating transnational activities, analysis from the 26 interviews conducted reveals the key role played by leaders in Overseas Chinese Associations, who act as informal judicial "mediators" between the PRC's judicial system and transnational migrants. Additionally, internet-enabled communication technologies and social networks have helped collapse the physical and temporal distances that previously separated transnational migrants from their country of origin.

本文利用2000、2020年World Pop数据，揭示中国地级及以上城市市辖区的人口密度分布、演进趋势及其影响因素，表明：(1)单中心模型对人口密度分布的拟合优度在离心化城市有所降低，在向心化城市保持稳定，大城市大多适用指数函数，中小城市更适用幂函数。(2)2000—2020年理论上的市中心人口密度整体上升，70%、30%的城市分别经历向心化和离心化，东部及高等级城市的向心化趋势强烈，西南城市则易发生离心化。(3)人口规模扩张、居住条件改善、家庭小型化促使人口密度梯度下降，城市化率和居民收入提高令人口向中心汇聚，道路建设和公交优先政策则会助推人口离心化。

新时代背景下，高校教师在专业课堂教学中把思想政治教育与专业教学相结合成为评价高校教师综合授课水平的重要依据。但基于对F高校教师将思政教育融入专业课程现状调查发现，高校专业课教师“课程思政”中面临着专业课教师的课程“思政元素”待深入挖掘、部分教师“课程思政”情景设置单一、教师课程思政的长效培育机制待构建、教学大纲和教学教案待完善的挑战。为进一步提升专业课教师课程思政能力，应将价值观融入知识传授和能力培育，将地方优秀文化融入专业课程设计，将多方主体共同力量融入教学创新，完善课程思政融入课程教学的评价体系。

Through investigation of a mass incident to resist the ecological ruin of an emigrant Chinese village in the early 2000s, this article analyses the logic of governmentality underlying the flow of communication and supervision during resolution of a pollution protest. This case study demonstrates how emphasis was placed not on personalistic social ties but on organisational relationships. In examining the key role that overseas Chinese organisations played in resolving this case, this article reveals the governing principle of "diplomatic priority". And due to the governing principles underlying "territory management", self: reservation leads local officials to shirk from administrative responsibility. Fear of responsibility and joint liability functions as a roadblock in the flow o legitimate information, and can lead to covering up or suppressing lawful environmental concerns, thereby hampering the timely resolution of the issue.

The effects of Sn and Nb additions on the corrosion resistance of Cu-2.89Ni-0.61Si-0.14Mg alloy in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution were investigated. The results show that the additions of Sn and Nb can improve the corrosion resistance of Cu-Ni-Si-Mg alloy. The sample with 0.2 wt% Nb exhibits better corrosion resistance than the sample with 0.2 wt% Sn. Compared with the dopant-free sample, for the 0.2Sn-doped sample and 0.2Nb-doped sample, the values of corrosion current densities decrease by 7% and 21%, and the values of polarization resistances increase by 5% and 21%, respectively. The corrosion film of Cu-Ni-Si-Mg alloy is a double-layer structure. The additions of Nb and Sn are helpful to improve the density of the outer layer of corrosion film and increase the charge transfer resistance of the inner layer of corrosion film. The additions of Sn and Nb can refine and uniform the microstructure of alloy, which is helpful to the formation of a more complete corrosion layer. Cu2O and CuO are the corrosion products of alloys, and the content of Cu2O can be increased by the Sn and Nb additions.

新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来，防控疫情已成为世界各国人民的共同呼声。如何推动传染病防控国际合作、构建人类卫生健康共同体引发了社会广泛的讨论和研究。通过对福建省福州市L县的实地调查，探讨疫情背景下侨乡构建卫生健康共同体的跨国实践。调查发现，侨乡的抗疫防疫工作呈现出共生的特点，以爱国爱乡的侨民为共生基质，此起彼伏的疫情态势为共生环境，形成了疫情防控的帕累托最优的共生模式。正是侨民-祖籍国互惠机制、侨民-侨眷互惠机制、侨民-居住国互惠机制使得疫情防控跨国化，并淡化了国与国的边界，从而为建构卫生健康共同体作出贡献。因此从跨国主义的立场出发，卫生健康共同体应从文化情感、经济利益、政治导向中进行讨论，这种建设思路...
