通过研究不同种类钯催化剂[Pd(dppf)2Cl2,Pd(OAc)2,Pd(PPh3)4]、碱(Na2CO3,Na HCO3,K2CO3,K3PO4,Cs2CO3,Cs F)、溶剂(DME/H2O,DMF/H2O,Dioxane/H2O)及温度(70,80,100℃)对5-溴-3-叔丁基水杨醛与吡啶-4-硼酸制备5-(4-吡啶)-3-叔丁基水杨醛化合物的Suzuki偶联反应的影响,开发出一种高效催化吸或供电子基取代的芳基硼酸与吸电子基取代的溴代芳烃的偶联反应的方法,该反应在Pd(PPh3)4,K2CO3,Dioxane/H2O(V∶V=4∶1)、80℃的条件下产率达到97%,且具有分离简单、重...

Abstract :

本发明属化工领域,具体公开了一种3,4-二氯溴苯的制备方法。本发明以邻二氯苯为原料,在邻二氯苯中添加还原铁粉,于一定压力和温度下通入溴水在溴化釜内进行溴化反应。对溴化反应后的3,4-二氯溴苯粗品进行溶液多级结晶,提纯3,4-二氯溴苯。至少采用一级,一般是多级,级数可在1到3之间变动,以形成完整的3,4-二氯溴苯产品结晶精制的循环。本发明有益效果主要体现在:以邻二氯苯制备3,4-二氯溴苯过程中的副产物2,3-二氯溴苯为溶剂,产品不会被外来溶剂或其他材料污染,尤其考虑到精馏高温导致2,3-二氯溴苯副反应加剧,使3,4-二氯溴苯收率降低,具有产品收率高、纯度好、生产效率高的特点。

本发明公开了一种乙酸异龙脑酯连续皂化制备异龙脑的方法,以氢氧化钠和乙酸异龙脑酯为原料,经皂化、精馏、分层、水洗、结晶等步骤制备出白色异龙脑晶体。其皂化反应可在振荡流反应器、静态混合器或超声混合器中实现连续操作;反应中加入极性溶剂,使皂化反应在均相中进行,可缩短反应时间,降低反应温度,其乙酸异龙脑酯的转化率在99%以上,产品收率95%以上,说明该方法生产能耗低,产品收率高。

本发明公开了一种Mn(Ⅲ)-Salen催化剂及其制备方法与应用,是以5-溴-3-叔丁基水杨醛与吡啶-4-硼酸为原料,反应生成的吡啶水杨醛衍生物,再与乙二胺通过反应合成具有吡啶官能团的Salen配体,最后将二价锰盐与Salen配体先配位后氧化,所得反应液经蒸干、水洗、过滤后得到所述Mn(Ⅲ)-Salen催化剂。本发明反应体系简单,试剂容易获得且成本低,反应产品后处理过程简单,产品纯度高,所得Mn(Ⅲ)-Salen催化剂对水和空气稳定,并能以较高活性、较高选择性催化苯乙烯、4-叔丁基苯乙烯、茚、α-甲基苯乙烯等合成烯烃环氧化物。

Abstract :

The saturated vapor pressures of a series of a-pinene derivatives including camphene, isobornyl acetate, (+/-)-limonene, dihydromyrcenol, pinane, and dihydromyrcene were determined at the pressure ranging from (0.8 to 50.0) kPa by the boiling point method. Good agreement of the correlated values was obtained when the experimental data of vapor pressure and temperature were correlated by the Antoine equation, and the parameters A, B, and C were estimated. The molar enthalpies of vaporization Delta H-vap(m) of these compounds were estimated within the experimental temperature range by the Clausius-Clapeyron equation. Furthermore, the reliability of regressed parameters obtained from the Antoine equation in the range of experimental data was verified.

Abstract :

The synthesis of 3-tert-butyl-2-hydroxy-5-(pyridin-4-yl)benzaldehyde by Suzuki cross coupling reaction of 5-bromo-3-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde with pyridin-4-ylboronic acid was studied by using different catalysts [Pd(dppf)(2)Cl-2, Pd(OAc)(2) and Pd(PPh3)(4)], bases (Na2CO3, NaHCO3, K2CO3, K3PO4, Cs2CO3 and CsF) and solvents (DME/H2O, DMF/H2O and dioxane/H2O) under different temperature of 70, 80 and 100 degrees C. A compatible method was developed for the coupling reaction of arylboronic acids (having electron donating or withdrawing group) with aryl bromides (having electron withdrawing group). Under the condition of Pd(PPh3)(4), K2CO3, dioxane/H2O (V : V=4 : 1), 80 degrees C, the yield is excellent (97%) and the product separation is easy. The compatibility for aryl bromides with electron donating group is moderate.

基于Galton板的固定床内示踪剂浓度分布 CSCD PKU

Abstract :

从概率论角度出发,利用传统的Galton板模型,以催化剂捆扎包内的一个小布袋为研究对象,建立了固定床内示踪剂浓度分布模型,得到了固定床内示踪剂浓度分布模型的具体表达式。同时,以KCl溶液为示踪剂,建立了实验装置,将模型计算值与实验结果比较,结果吻合良好,说明所建模型是可靠的。考察不同参数对示踪剂浓度分布的影响,结果表明:在固定床内,随着催化剂粒径的增大、液体喷淋量的减小、固定床高度的增加,示踪剂浓度分布曲线逐渐变得平缓。

Abstract :

本发明公开了一种合成甲基丙烯酸酐的间歇反应精馏工艺,反应精馏设备为间歇反应精馏塔,反应主要在精馏塔的塔釜进行。该工艺采用反应精馏技术将副产物醋酸及时从反应体系移走,使得反应向正方向移动,甲基丙烯酸的转化率提高。阻聚剂分别从塔釜和塔的回流口加入,有效阻止了甲基丙烯酸的聚合。该间歇反应精馏工艺合成甲基丙烯酸酐具有反应转化率高、塔顶醋酸纯度高、产品质量稳定等特点。该工艺甲基丙烯酸的转化率为98%以上,甲基丙烯酸酐反应收率超过80%。

本发明公开了一种反应-精馏法连续生产己二酸二甲酯的工艺,所涉及的装置主要由一个含再沸器以及冷凝器的精馏塔和数个反应釜组成;反应的同时将反应体系中的甲醇与水蒸出,蒸汽经过精馏塔进行分离提纯后,水分从塔釜排出,甲醇从塔顶回到反应釜中,这样水分不断地被带出反应体系,酯化反应最终趋于完全。该工艺保证了精馏塔进料组成和流量的相对稳定,从而使得精馏塔操作稳定和分离效果好,操作简便、稳定,能耗低,产品质量好。

Abstract :

The isobaric VLE data for three binary systems (DHM + pinane, DHM + DHMOH, pinane + DHMOH) and one ternary system (pinane + DHM + DHMOH) at 6 kPa were measured with a Rose-Williams still. The binary VLE data were correlated with the Wilson and NRTL models. With the obtained model parameters, the ternary (pinane + DHM + DHMOH) VLE data was predicted and compared with the experimental data and the result shows that the parameters also have a good performance in the prediction of the ternary VLE data.
