Indexing coordination of ecosystem and urban economic vitality in coastal cities: An observation in yangtze river delta SCIE

Abstract :

Advanced geographic technologies provide an opportunity to understand the urban forest landscape and guide the governance of the urban ecosystem. However, only few studies stressed the importance of data techniques in understanding urban sustainability, especially urban forest landscape. Therefore, this study makes an analysis of urban forest resources in a city of Yangtze River Delta with the help of multi-source data techniques and further data analysis of different forest landscape pattern indices in the study area with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The following conclusions are drawn: 1) According to the visual analysis, the spatial distribution of forest patches in the study area has a great difference. 2) All the seven landscape pattern indices are positively correlated with the distribution density of POI (Point of Interest), which represents the urban economic vitality. The correlation coefficients are NP (R-2 = 0.3063), PD (R-2 = 0.0079), ED (R-2 = 0.3955), AREA (R-2 = 0.5408), CONTIG (R-2 = 0.0323), PAFRAC (R-2 = 0.3662) and AI (R-2 = 0.2014), respectively. This indicates that the higher the economic vitality is, the more fragmented and complex the urban forest patches are. 3) According to the geographically weighted regression model, the goodness of fit between the spatial distribution density of POI and NP, PD, ED, and AI reaches 0.804, 0.771, 0.634, and 0.619, respectively, and the explanatory power of the model is more than twice that of the corresponding linear regression model. The data illustrates that the correlation between economic vitality and urban forest landscape pattern indices has significant spatial heterogeneity.

Abstract :

China has established the River Chief System (RCS) to develop mechanisms to achieve success in cross-regional negotiations of the Sustainable Water Resource Management Affairs (SWRMA). This paper aims to investigate the mechanisms developed by RCS and social welfare brought by RCS in China, and thereafter put forward suggestions for the future development of RCS. Therefore, a one-stage cooperation game was used to investigate cross-regional SWRMA negotiations with RCS. The results showed that RCS ensures that cooperative solutions are chosen in cross-regional SWRMA negotiations. Moreover, this paper used a two-stage game to explore cross-regional SWRMA negotiations without involving RCS. In this case, the involvement of the upper-level administrators and the probability of a successful negotiation are endogenously determined by local authorities. The results showed that in cross-regional SWRMA negotiations, both when the upper-level administrators are involved in the first stage and in the second stage, the cooperative solutions would be adopted. Thus, RCS is an inevitable outcome of the cross-regional SWRMA negotiations. In addition, RCS could help to avoid transactional costs and external costs in cross-regional SWRMA negotiations. Based on these results, this study provided the following suggestions: the river chief and local authorities of RCS should be stakeholders; the major members of RCS should be the local authorities influenced mostly by SWRMA quantities; RCS should actively advertise the benefits and the cost-down of SWRMA. 在高等教育大众化的过程中,高校肩负着人才培养和就业的双重压力,开展大学生创新创业素质教育成为必然.创新创业教育在我国还处于探索阶段,缺乏创新创业素质培养,也较少融合地方区域文化精神特色.打造大学生创新创业素质四维模型,提出闽商精神对大学生创新创业素质培养的影响模式,即“闽商精神—经济主体—大学生创新创业素质—经济行为—经济结果”,构建政府做好顶层设计、高校完善人才培养体系、社会营造氛围的协同治理体系.

Abstract :

Government ecological audit has a major influence on our sustainable economic and social development. The comprehensive evaluation of government ecological audit becomes increasingly important as the deterioration of ecological environment. Thus, it is great significance to set up scientific evaluation system of government ecological audit. Firstly, a present condition of government ecological audit is discussed, and a computational process is used to make the evaluation system more integrated. Secondly, a practical evaluation system of government ecological audit is presented to establish the model in comprehensive evaluating process. Then, an evaluation example of government ecological audit is proposed by using computational intelligence algorithms of analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, some policy recommendations are made to strengthen the establishment of evaluation system for government ecological construction performance audit in this paper. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Abstract :

A performance auditing evaluation problem of governmental ecological environment belongs to a Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem. However, we must use quantitative data to avoid inconsistency as well as to ensure the science and correctness of the decision in an evaluation index system of performance auditing. In this paper, we present a comprehensive evaluation index system of performance auditing of governmental ecological environment based on fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation index system of performance auditing is approved from the literature related to governmental ecological environment. Secondly, the relative weights of the chosen evaluation indexes of performance auditing are calculated by fuzzy AHP method. Furthermore, TOPSIS method is adopted to rank the performance auditing and improve the gaps with five local governments as an empirical example As a new data analysis method, the results show that fuzzy AHP theoretical model and TOPSIS method has become suitable for use in the evaluation of performance auditing of governmental ecological environment.

Abstract :

基于审计模式内涵的界定,本文尝试构建审计模式结构,并剖析领导干部自然资源资产离任审计的大数据审计模式结构各要素的大数据特征及其影响的传导轨迹.将该领域大数据审计模式的最初形态总结为“技术与数据分散化”模式,鉴于其“基础性要素”与“支持性要素”层面存在缺陷,指出应构建“平台与技术一体化”模式,并从审计模式结构的要素入手,以大数据特征影响轨迹为指导,讨论大数据平台的架构以及基于平台的各项核心技术的集成和审计机关内外部协同方式;进而规划相应的审计流程,分析审计标准的完善问题,以推动大数据环境下领导干部自然资源资产离任审计理论与实践的发展和创新.

Abstract :

从新媒体披露这一视角研究公司自愿披露及其对投资者所产生的影响.全面梳理了主要新媒体渠道,通过对几十万条信息的实证研究发现,公司对网站、互动平台、微博和微信的接受程度较高.通过聚类分析将公司分为新媒体接受程度不同的高低两类,发现接受程度高的公司在新媒体上披露了更多信息,获得了更多投资者关注.最后,为公司新媒体披露提供以下启示:公司应积极运用新媒体披露信息,提升投资者关注度,减少信息不对称;政府应扩大信息披露渠道,丰富披露形式,鼓励和引导公司新媒体披露,增强信息披露及时性和公平性,提升信息披露和资本市场效率;还应运用新技术并制定相应披露制度,规范公司新媒体披露.

Abstract :

国企内部薪酬差距的制定涉及国有资产运营效率与社会公平间的权衡.本文以2007年之前在沪深两市上市的792家国有公司为样本,研究发现:国家薪酬管制政策对高管团队薪酬差距、高管员工薪酬差距和高管薪酬最大值具有扼制作用;扩大高管团队薪酬差距会引发社会比较效应,扩大高管员工薪酬差距未形成锦标赛激励作用.未来国企薪酬制度设计有必要保持对内部薪酬差距的控制,注意平衡高管之间薪酬分布和权责配置的关系,关注高管团队凝聚力的培养.

Abstract :

当前国内外政治经济形势和市场环境愈加复杂,不确定经营环境中管理着庞大国有资产的国有上市公司应对不确定性并创造价值的能力事关国民经济的可持续发展.以截止2010年底在沪深交易所主板上市的国有上市公司为样本,跟踪2014至2016年内控质量的价值创造效果,并以不确定经营环境为研究情境展开实证检验.结果显示,内控规范体系实施后,国有上市公司建设的良好内控能够提升其价值创造效果;然而,在不确定经营环境中,现有的内控系统尚不具有价值创造效应.研究表明,国有上市公司的内控质量尚不乐观,有必要针对不确定经营环境改进风险识别与评估机制和突发事件应对机制等内控机制,以期提高应对不确定性的动态能力和价值创造核心能力.
