Abstract :
This paper proposes a novel separated excitation axial field hybrid permanent magnet memory (SE-AFHPMM) machine with high torque density and excellent flux-adjustment capability. The topology and operating principle of the proposed machine are presented. Comparisons are made on the machine with different slot/rotor pole combinations in terms of torque capacity and flux-adjustment capability by 3-D finite element analysis. It is found that higher torque density and better fluxadjustment capability can be achieved by the proposed 12/10 machine. Moreover, the PM torque is the primary component of the output torque in the flux-enhanced state, whereas in the fluxweakened state, the reluctance torque exhibits an important role and becomes the main component of the output torque. Finally, to evaluate the contribution of different PMs to the output torque, frozen permeability method is used to separate PM torque components for both types of PMs. The results reveal that the torque contributed by the AlNiCo of the 12/10 SE-AFHPMM machine is the largest in the total output torque, which is suitable for various magnetization occasions IEEE

Abstract :
This article investigates the generation mechanism of electromagnetic torque, particularly the reluctance torque in FSCW V-IPM machine. Based on the air-gap field modulation theory, the modulation process of the PM field and armature reaction field is elucidated by establishing a MMF and permeance model considering the magnetic saturation of rotor magnetic bridge. Through analyzing the conditions for effective coupling of air-gap field harmonics, studying the time domain modulation effect resulting from the magnetic saturation of rotor magnetic bridge, and establishing the mapping relationship between inductance harmonic and single-phase winding field harmonic, the generation mechanism of electromagnetic torque, including both the PM torque and reluctance torque in FSCW V-IPM machine is firstly revealed. Then, a harmonic restoration method based on frozen permeability is adopted to quantitatively analyze the contribution of the armature reaction MMF harmonics to the PM torque and reluctance torque. Moreover, the reluctance torque ratio, defined as the ratio of reluctance torque to electromagnetic torque, is additionally presented from the aspect of armature reaction MMF harmonics. Finally, the analysis is verified numerically by an exist well-developed FSCW V-IPM machine. © 2015 IEEE.

Abstract :
为降低传统三矢量模型预测电流控制(TV-MPCC)算法的计算量,提高MPCC对永磁同步电机(PMSM)的控制效率,提出了快速选取最优电压矢量的改进TV-MPCC算法.通过判断该时刻输出电压矢量所在扇区,直接缩小开关矢量选取范围,快速选取了最优电压矢量,降低了控制算法的计算量.基于PMSM实验平台进行实验研究,结果验证了所提方法的有效性.

Abstract :
为降低传统多矢量模型预测电流控制(MPCC)算法的计算量和复杂度,并保证良好的控制性能,提出了快速筛选第二电压矢量的新型多矢量MPCC算法。根据电流无差拍控制原则,通过直交轴电流差值定义直交轴电流判定因数,简化了第二电压矢量选择过程,减轻了控制芯片的计算量,并保持了低电流脉动的优势。在新型双矢量MPCC算法基础上,提出了结合直交轴电流判定因数和有效电压矢量表用以直接选择第二电压矢量的新型三矢量MPCC算法。实验结果表明,新型多矢量MPCC算法在保持传统多矢量MPCC算法控制性能的同时,新型双矢量MPCC算法的计算量减少33.96%,新型三矢量MPCC算法的计算量减少48.7%。

Abstract :
To solve the problems of the traditional memory motor,such as low torque density and space conflict between armature winding and excitation winding,combined with the axial field permanent magnet motor,a novel axial field hybrid permanent magnet memory (AFHPMM)motor is proposed. The motor excited by both NdFeB and AlNiCo utilizes the stator separation structure to achieve wide speed range and high torque density. In order to analyze the contribution of different permanent magnets (PMs)to the output torque of the novel motor and solve the problem that the traditional frozen permeability method (FPM)cannot accurately separate the electromagnetic torque,a new FPM is proposed and the separation results of the two methods are compared and analyzed. The results show that the separation accuracy of the new torque separation method is always higher than that of the traditional torque separation method under different magnetization states,and the relative error between the new method and the finite element calculation is always less than 5% . The relative error between the new torque separation method and the finite element calculation results is only 0. 94% in the forward fully magnetized state. It is proved that the proposed torque separation method can achieve the precise separation of electromagnetic torque in the novel memory motor. © 2024 Southeast University. All rights reserved.

为了解决传统记忆电机转矩密度较低,电枢绕组与励磁绕组空间位置冲突等问题,结合轴向磁场永磁电机,提出一种新型轴向磁场混合永磁记忆电机.该电机采用定子分离结构,使用NdFeB与AlNiCo混合励磁,实现宽调速范围和高转矩密度.为了分析不同永磁体对新型电机输出转矩的贡献,解决传统冻结磁导率法无法准确分离电磁转矩的问题,提出一种新型冻结磁导率法,并对比分析了2种方法的分离结果.结果表明:在不同磁化状态下,新型转矩分离方法的分离精度始终高于传统转矩分离方法,与有限元计算结果的相对误差始终小于5%;在正向完全充磁状态下,新型转矩分离方法与有限元计算结果的相对误差仅为0.94%.所提转矩分离方法实现了新型记忆电机中电磁转矩的精确分离.

Abstract :
Grid-forming inverters, which are represented by droop control and virtual synchronous generator control, have been widely studied and applied because of their excellent grid-supporting ability and smooth off-grid switching. When a grid-forming inverter is connected to a microgrid or utility grid, the control loops of active power and reactive power will be coupled because of the voltage phase difference, which will affect the power control performance. This paper first derives the small-signal linearized model of the system, based on which a frequency feedforward control and an amplitude feedforward control are proposed to decouple the active power and reactive power control loops, respectively. The proposed decoupling strategy directly modifies the reference values through feedforward with an easily implementable principle that is applicable to various control coordinate systems, control coordinate systems, and control structures. By comparing system models with and without the proposed decoupling strategy, its effectiveness can be theoretically proven. Time-domain simulations and hardware experiments are presented to further validate its effectiveness.

Abstract :
为揭示信号注入法中不同信号类型及其频率幅值对永磁同步电机参数辨识精度和控制性能的影响,对方波、梯形波、三角波和正弦波 4 种信号注入法进行了仿真及实验对比分析.首先,根据注入信号特点将方波和梯形波归为局部恒定信号,将三角波和正弦波归为全局时变信号,并基于遗忘因子递推最小二乘法构建两类信号注入法的参数辨识模型.其次,仿真分析两类注入信号频率和幅值对待辨识参数的辨识结果影响,综合考虑各待辨识参数的辨识精度,合理选取注入信号的频率和幅值.在此基础上,对比分析 4 种信号注入法的参数辨识结果,并评估系统控制性能.最后,搭建实验平台进行参数辨识实验验证.结果表明:局部恒定信号注入的参数辨识精度高于全局时变信号注入的参数辨识精度,但前者对系统控制性能影响大于后者对系统控制性能影响,其中梯形波注入具有最高的辨识精度,三角波注入对系统控制性能的影响最小.
