全渠道策略中线下有限库存服务决策优化研究

Abstract :

为了给顾客提供更好的购物体验,众多零售商引入了线上下单-线下提货(BOPS)购物渠道,从而使有限的线下库存面对来自多个渠道的需求.引入BOPS渠道是否对零售商有益,以及对线下有限库存服务决策优化尚缺乏研究.本研究考虑一个零售商和两类顾客,一类顾客为仅通过实体商店购买商品的实体店顾客,另一类为策略性地在各种渠道中进行选择的全渠道顾客.现有全渠道研究多假设零售商的线下库存优先满足实体店顾客需求,本研究将线下有限库存优先服务全渠道顾客需求策略(OPS)、优先服务实体店顾客需求策略(SPS)、按比例服务两类顾客需求策略(EPS)纳入考虑,与传统文献对比,发现引入BOPS并不完全对零售商有益,零售商实体店密度(决定顾客的商店访问成本)和配送中心的密度(决定顾客的线上等待成本)会对零售商收益造成影响.若顾客的线上等待成本与商店访问成本均较低,且商店访问成本更低时,零售商采用EPS和SPS服务策略会提高零售商利润,同时提高实体店顾客和全渠道顾客的消费者剩余.

Abstract :

以提高人民福利水平为导向,转变经济发展方式,是生态文明建设和可持续发展的必然要求。基于2015—2020年首批国家生态文明试验区福建、江西、贵州三省26个城市数据,运用网络SBM(Slacks Based Measure)模型测算其生态福利绩效,研究发现:(1)整体来看,在研究期内国家生态文明试验区城市生态福利绩效历年均值为0.714,总体上未能实现DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)有效,城市之间绩效差异较大,只有厦门实现DEA有效,整体城市生态福利绩效呈现先增长后缓慢降低的趋势,相较于研究初期有所增长。(2)区域来看,不同地区城市生态福利绩效有所差异,呈现出“福建最佳,贵州次之,江西最末”的态势。(3)子系统来看,两子系统绩效的不均衡是整体生态福利绩效水平不高的主要原因。为进一步加强生态文明建设,建议优化产业结构,推动产业绿色转型;加强创新能力,推进生态技术进步;深化区域合作,推进区域协同发展。

Abstract :

Two-sided platforms include two parts of users, customers and suppliers, which are the key strategic resources in two-sided platforms. Through Customer Intelligence Classification (CIC) management provided in this study, a platform can distinguish different values of customers to allocate resources efficiently and maximise customer resource value and enterprise investment returns. Meanwhile platform can also distinguish collusive drivers through CIC. Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) is applied in this research to open the black box of a two-sided platform operation system by dividing it into two sub-processes: Marketing and Service (MS) sub-process and Value-Creating (VC) sub-process. Four categories of customers are classified through performance evaluated by NDEA from data of an on-demand freight platform Z from March to August in 2018. In addition, six influencing factors are discovered through Panel Regression Model. The main conclusions are: (1) Customer with high marketing service valuation and low value-creating valuation, needs proper operation methods to promote their order quality. (2) Customer with low marketing service valuation and high value-creating valuation, needs to take attention to collusion between customers and driver. (3) Shipping fee, client number, driver number and coupons per order should become customers' Key Performance Indicators to evaluate their potential.

Abstract :

Purpose - By studying the green development efficiency (GDE) of 33 cities in the provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Fujian in China, this study strives to conduct an analysis of the sustainable practices implemented in these developed regions, and derive valuable insights that can foster the promotion of green transformation. Design/methodology/approach - First, the urban green development system (GDS) was decomposed into the economic benefit subsystem (EBS), social benefit subsystem (SBS), and pollution control subsystem (PCS). Then, a mixed network SBM model was proposed to evaluate the GDE during 20152020, with Moran's I and Bootstrap truncated regression model subsequently applied to measure the spatial characteristics and driving factors of efficiency. Findings - Subsystem efficiency presents a distribution trend of PCS > EBS > SBS. There is a particular spatial aggregation effect in EBS efficiency, whereas SBS and PCS efficiencies have no significant spatial autocorrelation. Furthermore, urbanization level contributes significantly to the efficiency of all subsystems; industrial structure, energy consumption, and technological innovation play a crucial role in EBS and SBS; external openness is a pivotal factor in SBS; and environmental regulation has a significant effect on PCS. Originality/value - This study further decomposes the black box of GDS into subsystems including the economy, society, and environment. Additionally, by employing a mixed network SBM model and Bootstrap truncated regression model to investigate efficiency and its driving factors from the subsystem perspective, it endeavors to derive more detailed research conclusions and policy implications.

"十四五"期间民航业呈现新发展局面,探讨我国航空公司运营效率的影响因素有助于分析民航业的现状与管理成效,推进民航业有序高效地发展.将航空公司运营视为生产子过程和服务子过程两个阶段,选择考虑内生权重的动态网络数据包络分析模型测量我国航空公司的效率,采用面板数据回归模型和门槛模型探究影响效率的因素.研究结果表明:国内航空公司运营效率欠佳,服务子过程整体表现优于生产子过程;航班正常率对生产子过程效率具有显著正向影响,投诉率对生产和服务子过程均具有负向作用;机队组合对服务子过程效率的影响具有门槛效应,在不同水平下对航空公司运营效率有不同影响.因此,建议我国航空公司优化机队组合,降低运营成本;改进管理模式,减少航班延误;推动服务创新,提高服务质量.

在"线上购买线下取货"(Buy-online and Pick-up-in-store,简称BOPS)的全渠道零售系统中,由于BOPS消费者的交叉购买为企业带来额外收益,使得企业之间的调货行为不仅影响其成本,还会通过影响其BOPS消费者流量影响最终收益.基于此考虑企业调货行为与消费者交叉购买行为对BOPS零售系统产生的协同作用,研究了企业的订货与调货策略.此外,针对此协同作用带来的渠道冲突引入了双边收益共享(Bilateral Revenue Sharing,简称BRS)契约协调机制.结果表明:授权店的调货策略不仅受调货成本收益率的影响,还与自身及旗舰店订货策略有关.当企业订货水平和BOPS消费者占比都比较低时,授权店充当线下取货点的职能,所有的BOPS需求都通过调货满足;当两者占比都比较高时,授权店充当前置仓库的职能,通过自身订货量及调货满足BOPS消费者需求.通过BRS契约发现:该契约不仅可以协调调货和交叉销售带来的渠道冲突,还可以使系统总利润高于集中供应链的总利润.

Abstract :

The Chinese government proposed the establishment of China National Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone in 2016 to further explore the coordinated development of economy and environment. Fujian, Jiangxi, and Guizhou provinces were selected as the first batch of pilot zones. After years of exploration, it is necessary to discuss and summarize the construction progress of the three pilot zones from the perspective of the city. In this study, first, the ecological civilization pilot zone construction system was decomposed into an economic construction subsystem (ECS) and an environmental optimization subsystem (EOS). Then, a two-stage network SBM model was adopted to calculate the efficiencies of the subsystems, and the Kruskal-Wallis test was used to measure the efficiency difference. Finally, a panel data regression model was applied to explore the influencing factors of both subsystems. The results show that the ECS efficiency is higher than that of the EOS, and the ECS efficiency in Fujian is significantly better than that in Jiangxi and Guizhou. However, there is no significant difference in EOS efficiency in the three provinces. Furthermore, industrial structure and population agglomeration have a significant effect on ECS efficiency, environmental regulation has a significant impact on EOS, and the technology level has a significant impact on both subsystems. Based on the results, policy implications for improving the efficiency of the two subsystems were given respectively.

Abstract :

This paper proposes a service-oriented manufacturing strategy in a two-echelon supply chain with random demand. When there is no inventory for the retailer to meet demand, customers can choose to order products through the retailer and products will be delivered to them by the manufacturer directly in the promised time, and we call this delivery service in service-oriented manufacturing. We employ a Stackelberg game-theoretic model to analyse the procurement quantity and delivery time decisions by the manufacturer as the leader and the retailer as the follower. Using the performance of the pure-manufacturing strategy as a benchmark, our main results follow. First, the equilibrium strategies of the two players are obtained. Clear decision rules are also given. Second, delivery service in service-oriented manufacturing can be an effective way to reduce the holding cost of the retailer. Third, we describe the customer loss caused by waiting and find how the manufacturer influences procurement quantity of the retailer through the decision of delivery time. Finally, delivery service in service-oriented manufacturing cannot always improve the profit of the manufacturer and the retailer. We give guidance for managers to provide it.

Abstract :

随着“互联网+医疗健康”的普及,小型医疗机构通过与医药电商的合作,多频次小批量地向医药电商采购药品,以降低自身库存成本。医药电商为保证医药品配送时效性,极易出现订单拆分现象,这不仅使得电商企业物流环节的配送成本大幅增加,也降低了用户满意度。为提升医药电商物流效率,满足药品即时配送的需求,本文建立了医药电商订单动态分配模型,在考虑库存信息动态更新的同时,也考虑了订单信息更新重分配优化策略。设计库存信息动态更新(DIIO)算法与信息更新双重优化(DIDO)算法,前者降低医药电商拆单率29.45%,后者通过订单重分配降低仓库出货次数50.41%,每月节约配送成本约115.41万元。在缓解小型医疗机构的库存压力的同时,也提升了医药电商的物流效率,达到多方共赢的目的。
