Abstract :
数据要素市场化配置对我国数字经济发展至关重要,对数据要素的产权管理是解决目前供需缺口的主要方向.基于数据在不同流通场景下衍生出的数据权利,本文通过建立双重多任务委托代理模型进行效用分析,首次提出构建数据持有权、控制权和使用权三权分离的市场化配置机制来解决数据配置问题.研究表明,该机制能够有效管控数据市场的垄断行为,满足多边利益最大化和数据市场发展诉求.研究发现,一个有效的数据要素三权分离的市场化配置机制有以下特征:(1)企业仅保留剩余控制权,并合理调配数据利用与数据脱敏两项任务的激励强度,使其增减相互制约,激励数据交易所对两项任务的努力水平进行按需分配,形成灵活的收益分配机制;(2)政府掌握剩余索取权,针对各类成本支付较高的情况,提高社会效益分成比例,对成本和风险进行补偿;(3)当数据脱敏努力水平与政府激励相关度不高,或政府加大监管力度时,政府能够通过调整税收比例或提供部分转移支付,提高社会效益分成比例.

Abstract :
[目的/意义]数据要素已经成为产业发展的重要生产力,我国产业健康发展离不开高质量的数据交易.构建基于多方信息的产业数据要素质量控制模型,对于产业数据要素安全有效流通具有重大意义.[方法/过程]首先,在文献调研和比较分析的基础上,结合多方信息实际特征,选择合适的评价指标;其次,结合多方信息接入的特点,设计一个十二个维度的多方信息质量控制流程模型;最后,结合金融领域的实际业务场景对案例测试样本数据依次进行实证分析.[结果/结论]该模型不仅考虑了数据的内在质量,还考虑了数据与业务场景的匹配程度,为推动信息质量的提高和金融领域数字化应用做出了积极的贡献.

[目的/意义]社交媒体频繁的隐私泄露引起了用户的隐私关注,但用户仍会在社交媒体自我表露,表现出"隐私悖论",其产生原因及应对策略值得学界思考.[方法/过程]基于隐私计算理论、计划行为理论、传播隐私管理理论构建模型,通过问卷收集有效数据436份,利用SPSS和AMOS分析验证理论模型,以此提出应对策略.[结果/结论]社交媒体用户的感知收益负向影响隐私关注,正向影响隐私披露意愿;感知风险正向影响隐私关注,负向影响隐私披露意愿;隐私关注负向影响隐私披露意愿;隐私披露意愿正向影响自我披露行为,在隐私关注负向影响自我披露行为过程中隐私披露意愿起完全中介作用;隐私管理在隐私披露意愿与自我披露行为之间起正向调节作用.

Abstract :
现有的药物推荐算法大多基于历史电子健康记录,但该数据难以反映患者的当前健康状况,也无法捕捉患者实时性的健康需求,导致推荐效果不佳.为此,融合了在线对话和疾病信息,提出一种基于对话结构与图注意力网络的药物推荐算法.集成灰关联分析与图注意力网络,运用灰关联分析学习节点间的关联,提出了一种新的关联感知图结构,以弥补传统图网络难以捕捉节点关联的不足.构建了对话分层编码器,基于新的图注意力网络编码话语与对话表示,并设计两种关联图结构学习节点的邻接关系,以生成蕴含上下文语义的对话结构表示.基于知识图谱和新的图网络学习疾病表示,将其与对话表示融合,实现药物的预测与推荐.实验结果表明,提出的算法在各评估方法下均优于基线方法,与性能最好的基线DNN相比,提出算法的F1和Jaccard分别提高了1.8%和3.5%,表明了提出算法能有效提高推荐性能.

Abstract :
The great advances in mobile devices make it critical to exploit multiple auxiliary information for efficient point -of-interest (POI) recommendations. However, most existing methods can neither effectively address the extreme data sparsity encountered in temporal-aware recommendation nor reasonably deal with implicit feedback. Furthermore, previous methods, including those relying on similarity measurement, cannot capture the intrinsic data correlations exhibited in the sparse data. To remedy these drawbacks, this paper proposes a temporal-aware personalized recommendation framework called Temporal Spatial Popularity and Temporal-aware Matrix Factorization (TeSP-TMF). In TeSP-TMF, we present the potential preferences model and temporal-aware matrix factorization model. Specifically, users' potential preferences that incorporate temporal, spatial, and popularity information are investigated to learn a set of potential POIs for each user, which are filled into the original matrix for further matrix factorization, owing to the sparse nature of the rating matrix. On this basis, we develop a new approach using a combination of grey relational analysis and matrix factorization, which not only relieves data scarcity caused by dividing the matrix with time slots but also strategically mines inherent temporal relation-ships. Finally, we implement extensive experiments on two public datasets collected from Foursquare and Yelp. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed method yields competitive quality compared to several state-of-the-art methods. Theoretically, our work contributes promising insights for mitigating data sparsity. In practice, our results can enhance personalized temporal-aware POI recommendation services for location-based social networks.

Abstract :
A multi-attribute decision-making method based on heterogeneous information and set pair analysis is proposed, considering the balance of the contradictions between information representation and information processing in the decision making process. The method is applied to decision-making problems in which the attribute weights are completely unknown and the attribute values are characterized as heterogeneous information (including exact numbers, interval numbers, intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, neutrosophic numbers, interval neutrosophic numbers, picture fuzzy numbers, and Pythagorean fuzzy numbers). First, various transformation methods for converting heterogeneous information into the connection numbers (CNs) of set pair analysis are introduced and defined, and the heterogeneous information is uniformly converted into CNs for ease of processing. Second, the attribute weights of the heterogeneous information are obtained using the information entropy of the CNs. Thereafter, the alternatives are ranked by the VIKOR method. Moreover, we use the method of setting a threshold for the compromise evaluation value, and the clustering method to group the alternatives to provide more auxiliary decision making. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are demonstrated by a typhoon disaster evaluation example, and the advantages of the proposed approach are emphasized by performing a multi-faceted comparative analysis with other methods. Among them, the time complexity of the proposed algorithm can be simplified as O(m), which demonstrates an improvement on the simplified time complexity O(m2) of the two existing methods. Particularly in the context of big data, the advantages are apparent.

PurposeThis paper aims to propose a system dynamics model of blockchain online community knowledge sharing, with the following goals: to reveal the internal mechanism of blockchain technology on community knowledge sharing; to show the impact of blockchain technology on knowledge sharing; and to promote knowledge sharing and the self-development of blockchain online communities.Design/methodology/approachBased on the core characteristic factors of blockchain technology, including incentive mechanism, trust mechanism, information protection mechanism, etc., a knowledge sharing analysis framework is established. Through the use of the Vensim PLE (Personal Learning Version) software, according to the steps of "putting forward a dynamic hypothesis", "establishing a system dynamic equations", and then "model testing" and "simulation", the article analyzes in depth the process and extent of the impact of the above features on online community knowledge sharing.FindingsThe results show that the blockchain incentive mechanism, trust mechanism and information protection mechanism all contribute to promoting an increase in the number of community knowledge sharing users, as well as in the total amount of knowledge shared. The results also show that the token reward in the incentive mechanism has in fact a higher degree of influence than the trust and information protection mechanisms.Originality/valueAt present, no research on the internal mechanism of knowledge sharing in blockchain online communities has been carried out. This article plays a complementary role in research in this field, and offers significant guidance for promoting online community knowledge management and online community development.

Abstract :
With the rising incidences of emergencies, it is both challenging and meaningful to study how to make decisions quickly and take appropriate measures to control the spread and evolution of the situation. However, most current emergency decision-making focuses on mathematical model construction, whereas fuzzy decision-making is biased towards subjective assumptions, which are both insufficient for practicability. We studied the intelligent acquisition of single-valued neutrosophic numbers based on emotional tendency analysis and applied them to emergency decision-making. First, Python programming technology was used to crawl, preprocess, and statistically analyse the network comment data of emergencies, and a quantised single-value neutrosophic number was obtained. Second, the attribute values, represented as neutrosophic numbers, were uniformly converted into cloud droplets, and the weight of the attribute values was objectively determined according to the digital feature entropy in the cloud droplets. Subsequently, a case-based reasoning approach was used to calculate the combined weighted similarity between the alternatives and ideal solution (target case) to obtain a ranking of the alternatives and historical cases in the case base that best matches the target case. Finally, a typhoon disaster assessment was considered as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method, and the advantages of the proposed method were emphasised through multi-aspect and multi-angle comparative analyses. The relevant research can be used for public opinion monitoring during emergencies and emergency handling.

[目的/意义]互联网技术的深度发展,促使各类互联网平台快速崛起,为企业的转型提供可能.深度发展的企业可能产生各种风险,对互联网平台企业风险的系统脆弱性研究是解决风险问题的关键.[方法/过程]通过文献调研和专家咨询,以天猫平台企业为研究对象,将系统脆弱性理论作为研究视角,从暴露度、敏感度和适应度三个维度建立系统动力学模型,并对模型进行仿真分析.[结果/结论]生产能力对平台企业风险敏感度效果最明显;知识产权保护能力对平台企业风险适应度效果最明显;外部经济环境质量对平台企业风险暴露度效果最明显.为有效降低风险发生几率,天猫平台企业可以通过更新生产设备、提升商品质量、完善商品知识产权保护制度和改善营商环境等方式来调节企业风险敏感度、适应度和暴露度以达到最佳状态.同时,平台监管对企业风险脆弱性的调节意义重大,可以更好地为企业风险治理与防范提供对策.

Background: In the knowledge economy era, the effective acquisition and application of knowledge has become a key element for enterprises to obtain a competitive advantage. The rapid development of the Internet has spawned a large number of virtual communities, providing a convenient channel for organizations and in-dividuals to share knowledge. However, while virtual communities provide users with knowledge-sharing channels, there is also a common phenomenon that users' participation enthusiasm is not high. The social cognitive theory emphasizes the important influence of environmental factors on the development of things.Objective: To study the influencing factors of knowledge sharing from the perspective of the virtual community platform environment, which will help to improve the construction of the external environment and promote knowledge sharing in virtual community.Methods: Firstly, based on the perspective of the platform environment, put forward relevant hypotheses about the influencing factors of knowledge creation and knowledge dissemination in virtual community, then design a questionnaire and conduct research, and finally test the hypotheses by using the method of structural equation model.Conclusion: community trust, community management, community motivation, community activity and infor-mation protection all have a significant positive impact on the knowledge-sharing behavior of community users. In terms of impact, community trust has the greatest impact on users' knowledge sharing behavior, followed by community management, and community activity has the least impact. Innovation/limitations: This paper is an empirical study on the impact of knowledge sharing in virtual commu-nities from the perspective of platform environment. The research perspective has a certain novelty. However, the data source of this paper is based on an online questionnaire survey, and there may be some data that are not objective and accurate.
