Distributed aperiodic sampled-data implement for dual objective control of energy storage systems SCIE

Abstract :

This article solves the dual objective control problem for an energy storage system by distributed aperiodic sampled-data controller under both connected static network and jointly-connected switching network. The proposed sample-and-hold controller is composed of the leaderless consensus algorithm, which aims at state-of-energy balancing, and the leader-following distributed observer, which aims at reference power tracking. By resorting to the generalized Krasovskii-LaSalle theorem, it is proven that the closed-loop system is uniformly exponentially stable using the so-called limiting solution. There are two distinguished features of the proposed control scheme. First, the designs of the leaderless consensus algorithm and the leader-following distributed observer can be accomplished independently. Second, the effectiveness of the control law can be guaranteed by properly tuning the feedback gains even for some extreme cases of drastic changes on sensing and sampling. Comprehensive simulation results are shown to examine the performance of the proposed control implement.

Abstract :

In this article, we present a novel distributed adaptive output feedback control for the cooperative output regulation problem of linear multiagent systems. The agent plant is general in the sense that those interesting practical issues such as unknown dynamics, directed network graph, and agents with nonidentical relative degrees are taken into account simultaneously. The obtained controller consists of the reduced-order observer, the internal model, as well as the adaptive control law, all of which are shown to be fully distributed without using the knowledge of Laplacian matrix of the network graph. It is of interest to see that, in our recursive design, each agent does not need to estimate the unknown parameters from the neighbors, giving rise to a merely two-dimensional adaptive law with quite a simple structure. It is also this feature that our design has the capability of handling the agents with arbitrary nonidentical high relative degrees.

Abstract :

针对海量数据背景下K-means聚类结果不稳定和收敛速度较慢的问题,提出了基于MapReduce框架下的K-means改进算法.首先,为了能获得K-means聚类的初始簇数,利用凝聚层次聚类法对数据集进行聚类,并用轮廓系数对聚类结果进行初步评价,将获得数据集的簇数作为K-means算法的初始簇中心进行聚类;其次,为了能适应于海量数据的聚类挖掘,将改进的K-means算法部署在MapReduce框架上进行运算.实验结果表明,在单机性能上,该方法具有较高的准确率和召回率,同时也具有较强的聚类稳定性;在集群性能上,也具有较好的加速比和运行速度.

Abstract :

In this paper, we study the cooperative output regulation problem for a class of general linear uncertain multi-input multi-output (MIMO) multi-agent systems subject to a well-defined vector relative degree. By proposing some suitable internal model, the problem is first converted into the auxiliary cooperative stabilization problem of the augmented system in the so-called strict feedback normal form. This auxiliary problem is then solved by some developed robust control techniques, such as multiple high-gain feedback and mixed distributed observer, leading to an effective distributed output feedback regulator synthesis for the original cooperative output regulation problem.

Abstract :

The recent paper [9] studied the cooperative robust output regulation of linear multi-agent systems with arbitrary parametric uncertainty via the distributed output feedback control, where the network is assumed to be fixed. In this paper, we further show that the same controller is also efficient for the more general uniformly connected switching network. In contrast to the traditional quadratic Lyapunov function in literatures, the Lipchitz continuous Lyapunov function is developed here for the closed-loop system to guarantee its internal stability.

Abstract :

为有效地解决遗传算法收敛性和多样性的矛盾,在分析算子结构的基础上,提出了一种新型的遗传算法.该算法的核心在于,一方面通过父子竞争保留优秀个体和改进型交叉算子保证收敛性,另一方面对参与交叉的基因段进行基于海明距离相似度检测提高交叉操作的有效性;最后,采用基于基因位多样度的自识别高变异率算子来改善种群的多样性.实验证明,改进的算子显著地提高了收敛速度和搜索全局最优解的能力.

Abstract :

基于关联规则的文本分类方法ARC-BC是目前已知的分类效果最好的关联规则分类算法.本文提出了利用ARC-BC分类器的封闭测试的结果对分类器进行调整规则置信度的算法RCA(Rules Confidence Adjustment),参与正确分类行为次数多于参与错误分类行为次数(即"威信"较高)的规则应该拥有更高的置信度,反之,就赋予更低的置信度.实验结果表明,经过RCA算法调整的关联文本分类器的分类效果得到显著提高.
