Abstract :

表面增强拉曼光谱技术具有高灵敏的吸附增强效应,提供更强的拉曼信号,通过观察到的特有分子指纹信息可以对分析物做出鉴别.各类新精神活性物质均有相应的特征拉曼信号,因此将表面增强拉曼光谱技术应用于合成大麻素类、合成卡西酮类、哌嗪类、色胺类、氯胺酮及苯环利定类和芬太尼类等新精神活性物质检测中.方法具有灵敏度高、样品处理简单和检测快速的优点,可为鉴定新精神活性物质的结构类别提供科学依据.本文介绍近年来表面增强拉曼光谱技术在各类新精神活性物质检测中的应用进展,旨在为新精神活性物质的筛查提供参考.

Abstract :

T-2 toxin is one of the naturally dangerous food contaminants, which is harmful to people and animals. Because of its strong toxicity and wide distribution, it is vital to develop a rapid and effective method for the detection of T-2 toxin. Herein, an excellent hydrogel surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) chip is constructed for developing a novel SERS sensor to detect T-2 toxin using a portable Raman spectrometer. The SERS chip is prepared by in-situ Ca2+-mediated assembly of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) in PVA solution, followed by a physical crosslinking possess. The assembled AgNPs produces a strong localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) at around 532 nm, which enables the high activity of SERS chip under the irradiation of 532 nm laser. Additionally, the unique structure of hydrogel makes the obtained chip show excellent reliability and anti-interference ability in detection. As a result, the developed SERS sensor shows many obvious advantageous including free of complex sample pretreatment (only a simple extraction), fast response (5 min), low limit of detection (0.41 ppb), wide detection range (1-10000 ppb), good recoveries (90.26-101.81 %) and relative standard deviations (2.8-6.7 %). Therefore, this SERS sensor provides a promising choice for rapid scanning and sensitive detection of trace T-2 toxin in complex matrices.

Abstract :

Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is an ultrasensitive analytic technique. However, the application of SERS in quantitative analysis usually suffers from poor reliability due to the limitations of currently developed SERS substrates. In the present work, aggregated gold nanoparticles (a-AuNPs) fabricated by Ca2+-mediated assembly are dispersed in polyvinyl alcohol solution to prepare a novel hydrogel SERS chip through a physical crosslinking method. Taking advantage of the uniform distribution of SERS active a-AuNPs in the three-dimension hydrogel and the excellent barrier effect of hydrogel towards oxygen and macromolecules, the obtained hydrogel SERS chips show many outstanding advantages including high sensitivity, good repeatability, long-term stability, and a robust anti-interference ability. These advantages enable hydrogel SERS chips to be used to quantitatively analyse some complex samples without complex sample preprocessing. As a model, the hydrogel SERS chips are used for the detection of triazophos and phosmet in orange samples. The good recoveries suggest good applicability of the hydrogel SERS chips in food safety detection. This work provides a reliable and convenient platform for the quick detection and on-site monitoring of chemical contaminants and would promote greatly the performance of SERS techniques in quantitative analysis.

Abstract :

This work reports on the optimized preparation of a series of composites xLi(2)MnO(3)center dot(1-x)LiMn1/3Ni1/3Co1/3O2 (x = 0.1-0.4) with an aim to find an advanced high-voltage cathode for lithium-ion batteries that can work at elevated temperatures. Developing a two-step molten-salt method leads to composites with a layered-type structure, showing a particle size distribution ranging from 350 to 450 nm. The composites are featured by oxidation states stabilized as Mn4+, Ni2+, and Co3+, and by lattice occupation of Li+ in both transition-metal layers and lithium layer of LiMn1/3Ni1/3CO1/3O2. When acting as a cathode of lithium-ion batteries, the composite at x = 0.3 shows an optimum electrochemical performance as characterized by a discharge capacity of 120 mAh g(-1) at a high current density of 500 mA g(-1) and a capacity retention of 64% after 20 cycles. Surprisingly, this electrochemical performance is significantly improved at elevated temperatures. Namely, discharge capacity is increased to 140.4 mAh g(-1) at a high current density of 500 mA g(-1), while average capacity decay rate becomes very small to 0.76%. These excellent performance is explained in terms of the dramatically improved lithium-ion diffusions in both electrode and surface films at elevated temperatures. (c) 2012 Elsevier Ltd. Abstract :

建立了高效液相色谱-离子阱串联质谱高灵敏、快速测定多种内源植物激素的新方法.在最佳条件下,吲哚乙酸(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)和赤霉酸(GA3)在5min内实现完全分离,最低检测限为8.0ng·mL–1.借助串联质谱技术,解释了三种激素的结构碎裂过程.探讨了盐胁迫下,上述内源激素含量的变化趋势.研究表明,随着NaCl浓度增大,IAA和GA3含量降低,ABA含量明显升高.初步揭示了内源激素和植物抗盐性之间的相互关系.

Abstract :

采用液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法检测香菇中核苷酸。流动相为甲醇和0.1%甲酸溶液,采用梯度洗脱程序,色谱柱为Zorbax XDB-C18(150×2.0mmid,5μm),流速为0.2mL·min-1。以准分子离子和二级碎片离子对样品中4种核苷酸进行定性和定量,方法的检测限分别为0.500、0.050、0.020、0.010μg/g,相关系数分别为0.9952、0.9967、0.9935、0.9987,相对标准偏差范围为3.25%—9.45%,样品的回收率为78.2%—115.3%。该法快速、灵敏度高、重现性好。

Photocatalytic Degradation of Dyes by ZnIn2S4 Microspheres under Visible Light Irradiation SCIE

Abstract :

ZnIn2S4 microspheres were successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal method. A series of synthesis temperatures from 80 to 200 degrees C was investigated. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-vis spectroscopy, nitrogen sorption analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicated that the crystalloid structure and optical property of temperature series products were almost the same. The specific surface area (S-BET) of ZnIn2S4 products declined with increasing synthesis temperature. The 80 degrees C sample had the largest S-BET (85.53 m(2) g(-1)). SEM images demonstrated that the morphology of ZnIn2S4 was marigold-like microspheres, and the 80 degrees C sample had a well-proportioned morphology. Several dyes (methyl orange, congo red, and rhodamine B) were applied in the ZnIn2S4 photocatalytic reactivity investigation. It showed efficient visible light photocatalytic degradation of dyes. A liquid chromatogram-mass spectrometer was used for identification of dyes and their degradation products. A large number of center dot OH radicals, investigated by the method of photoluminescence with terephthalic acid, were generated in the photocatalyst system. The results indicated that the center dot OH radicals played an important role in the superior visible photocatalytic activity of the ZnIn2S4 system. The mechanism related to the photocatalytic degradation was proposed and discussed.

Abstract :

The intermediates of photodegradation and microbial. degradation of pirimicarb insecticide were investigated by liquid chromatography coupled with ion-trap mass spectrometry (LC-IT-MS). Different intermediates were detected in the photodegradation and microbial degradation of pirimicarb. In the photodegradation of pirimicarb in aqueous solution 2-dimethylamino-5,6-dimethyl-4-hydroxypyrimidine (MW=167), 2-methylamino-5,6-dimethylpyrimidin-4-yl-dimethylcarbamate (MW=224) and 2-formylamino-5,6-dimethylpyrimidin-4-yl-dimethylcarbamate (MW=252) were the main products. It was found that 2-dimethylamino-5,6-dimethyl-4-hydroxypyrimidine (MW = 167) was the major product in the microbial degradation of pirimicarb in soil. (C) 2009 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

Abstract :

氨基甲酸酯类农药(N-metlIylcarbamates NNCs)是近年研制的一类新型有机合成农药杀虫剂,其高效、低毒、低残留的特点而被国内外广泛应用于病虫害的防治。本文主要旨在采用基质固相分散萃取方法,结合液相色谱-离子阱质谱法同时分离测定蔬菜中灭多威、克百威、涕灭威、甲萘威和抗蚜威、异丙威、残杀威、丁硫克百威八种N-氨基甲酸酯类农药,从而建立一种简单、快速、经济的NMCs残留分析方法。
