考虑灾害不确定性和调度过程非预期性的配电网多阶段韧性提升策略

Abstract :

近年来,台风暴雨成为影响沿海城市配电网安全稳定运行的典型自然灾害.为有效应对该极端灾害的影响,提出一种考虑台风暴雨灾害时空不确定性的配电网多阶段韧性提升策略.首先,根据台风历史数据模拟其灾害场景,计算相应场景下的配电线路故障概率,从而构建考虑台风暴雨灾害攻击的不确定集.在此基础上,结合电力系统调度过程的非预期性特点,建立基于上述不确定集的多阶段鲁棒优化模型.其次,提出一种预拓展鲁棒对偶动态规划算法对其进行求解,获取灾前防御策略和训练好的灾中最恶劣情况未来成本函数,据此求解极端灾害发生过程中各时段的紧急响应策略,从而在离线训练和在线应用有机结合的框架下制定最优的配网韧性提升策略.最后,以不同规模的配网为测试系统,验证了所提模型和方法的有效性.

Abstract :

利用可再生能源电解水制氢是实现能源转型和电力脱碳的关键技术.然而,功率波动和频繁启停是造成碱性电解槽运行寿命衰减的重大因素.为此,在分析电解槽单体运行特性的基础上,提出了考虑多电解槽多工况组合运行的电-氢-热综合能源系统优化调度模型.针对风电出力不确定性引起的实时调度阶段电解槽工况切换以及储能工作模式切换,建立了两阶段鲁棒调度模型,并采用嵌套列和约束生成算法对其进行求解.以4个不同场景算例进行仿真实验,结果表明,考虑多电解槽之间的灵活组合及其在实时调度过程中工况的快速切换可提高系统运行经济性,并可有效缓解电解槽功率波动引起的运行寿命衰减.

Abstract :

针对含灵活性资源的多微网配电系统,提出一种基于动态非合作博弈的多微网配电系统定价策略,以引导用户侧调整用电方式实现系统经济运行。提出一种双层不动点映射算法:在内层,分别建立微网和配电网的凸优化模型,采用交替方向乘子法对模型进行分布式求解,进而确定电网最优定价策略;在外层,建立灵活性资源用户响应模型,用户根据内层的定价策略调整原有需求量。引入不动点定理解释该博弈问题,并证明其均衡解的存在性、唯一性和收敛性。算例仿真结果验证了所提策略的适用性与有效性。

随着电动汽车的日益普及,电力网和交通网呈融合发展态势.新型电力-交通融合系统耦合机理复杂,传统实验教学方法逐渐难以适用.为适应未来交叉学科实验教学的要求,构建电力-交通融合系统仿真实验平台,提供对融合系统均衡状态分析的可视化工具.通过选取不同的电动汽车渗透率实例进行仿真分析,表明仿真平台内嵌模型和算法的有效性,探讨了该平台的教学和科研用途.该实验仿真平台,不仅为电力-交通融合方向的实验教学提供实践性平台,还可推动电力-交通交叉学科的发展和教学改革.

Abstract :

A virtual power plant (VPP) can effectively integrate massive and scattered distributed energy resources through advanced control technology, effectively achieving low-carbon development. To promote the positive role of VPP in carbon emission reduction. This paper proposed a multi-agent collaborative optimization framework for the VPP alliance and distribution network. Firstly, based on the carbon emission flow theory, a comprehensive electricity-carbon pricing method was developed to incentivize the low-carbon operation of VPP. Secondly, considering that multiple VPPs used the form of cooperative alliance to share transactions, this paper constructed a multi-VPP electricity carbon peer-to-peer (P2P) trading mechanism model based on Nash bargaining theory, which realized multi-VPP resource sharing and considered individual interests and alliance benefits. This paper constructed a bi-level model of VPP alliance-distribution network collaborative optimization based on the comprehensive price of electricity and carbon to guide the P2P transaction between VPPs. The upper-level model was the optimal transaction of electricity and carbon P2P between multiple VPPs. The adaptive step size alternating direction method of multipliers was used to realize the distributed solution between multiple VPPs. The lower-level model was the optimal economic dispatch problem of the distribution network. Finally, an example was given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and method. © 2024 Power System Technology Press. All rights reserved.

Abstract :

For the low carbon economic operation problem of power system,a collaborative optimization method for the configuration-operation of coal-fired power plants with carbon capture considering low-carbon demand response is proposed. The operation data of solvent-based carbon capture coal-fired power plants is collected on the gCCS platform,taking into account the strong coupling relationship between the power generation system and the post-combustion carbon capture system. The model parameters are identified by multiple linear regression method,and the corresponding steady-state mathematical model is constructed. The carbon emission flow theory is used to calculate the carbon emission cost on the load side,and the carbon quota is allocated according to the carbon emission intensity of generator units. And then a low-carbon demand response model is established. On this basis,the upper-level optimization model takes the lowest power plant configuration cost as the objective function to meet the capacity optimization allocation constraints. The lower-level optimization model with the goal of minimizing operating cost is established to meet the system operation constraints. The simulation analysis is implemented on the modified IEEE 24-bus system,by which the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified. © 2024 Electric Power Automation Equipment Press. 当前能源转型背景下,发展综合能源系统是实现“碳达峰、碳中和”以及新型电力系统建设目标的重要途径。针对含多元化灵活资源的电热耦合系统,提出考虑“源-荷-储”协同的电热综合能源系统实验平台构建方案。设计考虑热电联产机组、电制热装置、蓄热罐以及电/热需求响应协同优化调度的实验案例,探讨实验平台在基础教学和拓展科研方面的用途。实验平台的建设为电气工程专业学生参与项目训练和创新实践类活动提供了重要的实践平台,有助于激发科研人员的探索性、创新性思维,促进理论研究和实验仿真的有机结合与良性循环,为综合能源系统领域的研究提供有力支撑。

Abstract :

虚拟电厂(virtualpowerplant,VPP)可以通过先进的控制技术对海量分散的分布式能源进行有效聚合,为实现低碳发展提供了有效途径。为促进VPP在碳减排方面的积极作用,提出了一种VPP联盟和配电网多主体协同优化框架。首先,基于碳排放流理论制定了电-碳综合定价方法,激励VPP低碳运行。其次,考虑多个VPP之间采用合作联盟的形式进行共享交易,构建一种基于纳什议价理论的多VPP电碳点对点(peer-to-peer,P2P)交易机制模型,实现资源共享的同时兼顾个体利益和联盟效益。在此基础上,建立一种基于电-碳综合价格引导VPP间电碳P2P交易的VPP联盟-配电网协同优化双层模型。上层模型是多VPP之间电碳P2P最优交易问题,采用自适应步长交替方向乘子法实现多VPP间的分布式求解。下层模型则是配电网的最优经济调度问题。最后,通过算例验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。

Abstract :

针对电力系统的低碳经济运行问题,提出一种考虑低碳需求响应的碳捕集燃煤电厂配置-运行协同优化方法。考虑燃煤电厂发电系统和燃烧后碳捕集系统存在强耦合关系,在gCCS平台采集溶剂型碳捕集燃煤电厂的运行数据,采用多元线性回归方法进行模型参数识别,构建其稳态数学模型。应用碳排放流理论计算负荷侧碳排放成本,并根据机组碳排放强度进行碳配额分配,构建低碳需求响应模型。基于此,上层优化模型以电厂配置成本最低为目标函数,满足容量优化配置约束。下层优化模型以运行成本最小为目标函数,满足系统运行约束。采用改进IEEE 24节点系统作为算例进行仿真分析,验证了所提策略的有效性。

Abstract :

Aiming at the multi-microgrid distribution system with flexible resource, a pricing strategy for multi-microgrid distribution system based on dynamic non-cooperative game is proposed, which guides the user side to adjust the electricity consumption mode for realizing the system economic operation. A bi-layer fixed point algorithm is proposed. In the inner layer, the convex optimization models of microgrid and distribution network are respectively built, and the alternating direction multiplier method is adopted to distributionally solve the model, further the optimal pricing strategy of power grid is determined. In the outer layer, the user response model of flexible resource is built, and the users adjust the original demand according to the pricing strategy of inner layer. The fixed point theorem is introduced to explain the game problem, and prove the existence, uniqueness and convergence of its equilibrium solution. The example simulative results verify the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed strategy. © 2024 Electric Power Automation Equipment Press. All rights reserved.
