Abstract :

从熔池热耗散条件入手,以基板尺寸构建熔池局域差异性传热特征,通过试验探索热沉条件(横向传热-基板宽度、纵向传热-基板厚度)对成形几何和成形形貌的影响规律,籍此从熔池外部这一较为简单的传热过程管理出发,探讨与热输入匹配的热耗散条件,实现电弧增材控形.实验结果表明,基板对沉积层形貌影响主要通过改变熔池周围热耗散实现.当热输入不足时,单层沉积会在起弧处形成垂露状、颈缩等缺陷.基板尺寸越大,热耗散能力越强,沉积层宽度越小,高度越高.基板对沉积层影响随着沉积高度增加逐渐减弱,不同热沉条件下沉积层尺寸最终趋于稳定.通过增大起弧电流和熄弧端悬停的策略来应对基板热沉条件变化,可避免虚焊、熔池流淌等缺陷,改善多层沉积几何成形质量.

Remaining Useful Life Prediction of Rolling Bearings Based on ECA-CAE and Autoformer SCIE

Abstract :

In response to the need for multiple complete bearing degradation datasets in traditional deep learning networks to predict the impact on individual bearings, a novel deep learning-based rolling bearing remaining life prediction method is proposed in the absence of fully degraded bearng data. This method involves processing the raw vibration data through Channel-wise Attention Encoder (CAE) from the Encoder-Channel Attention (ECA), extracting features related to mutual correlation and relevance, selecting the desired characteristics, and incorporating the selected features into the constructed Autoformer-based time prediction model to forecast the degradation trend of bearings' remaining time. The feature extraction method proposed in this approach outperforms CAE and multilayer perceptual-Attention Encoder in terms of feature extraction capabilities, resulting in reductions of 0.0059 and 0.0402 in mean square error, respectively. Additionally, the indirect prediction approach for the degradation trend of the target bearing demonstrates higher accuracy compared to Informer and Transformer models, with mean square error reductions of 0.3352 and 0.1174, respectively. This suggests that the combined deep learning model proposed in this paper for predicting rolling bearing life may be a more effective life prediction method deserving further research and application.

Abstract :

为解决微束等离子选区熔化过程中的自动化检测问题,开发出一套面向微束等离子选区熔化的在线检测系统.该系统以每一层的成形金属为研究对象,基于深度学习目标检测原理,对金属成形表面进行缺陷检测,并根据检测结果控制设备启停,确保每一层成形质量达到要求.同时,通过双目相机与线激光相配合,利用线阵扫描方式对成形表面形貌进行三维重建,并显示在自主开发的可视化软件上,实现缺陷检测和三维重建相结合的检测方案.实验结果表明,该系统能够快速、精确地检测出成形过程中产生的缺陷,实时性强、漏检率低,并可将结果及时反馈到系统,实现成形过程的主动、有效调控.

Abstract :

利用FLUENT软件和二次开发建立电弧增材熔池三维数值模型,探究熔池热状态和流动特性对熔池尺寸及其稳定性的影响.数值模拟结果表明,电弧增材是一个快热急冷的熔池非平衡凝固过程,电弧力和马兰戈尼效应对熔池流动影响较大,且熔池内部流态以环流为主.综合分析热输入和热耗散对熔池局域温度场和流场的影响,发现熔池热状态通过影响熔体粘度、各驱动力而改变熔池流态和流速,而熔池流动则影响熔池边界和热对流,因此二者的综合作用决定了熔池几何.层间冷却能够改善沉积时熔池热耗散条件,减小热积累的影响,但同时会降低成形效率.

本发明提出一种微束等离子选区熔化成形方法及设备,用于3D打印,以多枚薄片状板料的可熔融区逐层堆叠形成增材制造的待打印区域;所述薄片状板料以添加有粘结剂的金属粉末压制或流延成型;在3D打印中,所述可熔融区由微束等离子焊接装置在板料上按预设路径执行选区熔化或烧结,路径内熔化或烧结后的金属粉末固化为目标产品的坯体,路径外的金属粉末在后续处理时从坯体上清除;微束等离子焊接装置工作时所需的保护气体由微束等离子焊接装置的焊枪处喷出供应,或是填充于密闭的3D打印作业空间内;本发明以流延压坯的方式将添加了粘结剂的金属粉末压制成用于3D打印的片状板料,降低了对金属粉末原材料的要求。

Abstract :

设计一种微束等离子选区熔化实验平台,利用SolidWorks软件对各零部件进行三维建模与虚拟装配,实现直角坐标系机器人结构的实验平台实物搭建.在不同工艺参数下,开展单道、单层微束等离子选区熔化实验,采用多项式回归对成形道宽度进行拟合.结果表明,成形电流、成形速度与成形宽度呈正相关分布.在多层金属熔覆实验中,对于厚度为2.40 mm的金属薄板而言,最佳参数为12.0 A的电流、 2.0 mm·s~(-1)的扫描速度和20%的搭接率.最终得到的多层金属成形效果较好,证实微束等离子选区熔化工艺的可行性.

Surface plasmon resonance of the W nanowires SCIE

Abstract :

The Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) of metal materials has been widely used in photocatalysis, light sensing, biomarkers, solar cells and other fields. In this study, the surface plasmon characteristics of tungsten (W) nanowires with different diameters and lengths are analyzed using the finite element method. The thermal effect in the gap of crossed nanowires induced by the plasma resonance is studied. Results show that the resonance peak shifts red, and the resonance intensity increases with the increase in diameter. The increasing diameter results in decreasing electric field intensity and heat in the gap of the crossed tungsten (W) nanowires. The frequency of resonance peaks almost remains unchanged with increasing length. The two to six wave belly plasma modes are visible with increasing nanowire length. With exposure to incident light, the SPR in the shortened spacing results in increasing electric field intensity and the generated heat of gap between the two crossed tungsten (W) nanowires. Once the two crossed nanowires are welded, the heat production in the crossed part decreases, which indicates the self-limitation of plasma welding.

本实用新型涉及一种辅助电弧增材沉积试样的智能冷却装置,包括设置在工作台上的保护箱,保护箱的顶部设有竖向贯通的让位槽口,保护箱的内部设有由升降组件驱动升降的固定板,固定板的顶部设有基板;保护箱的内侧壁设有试样检测单元、温度检测单元及气体释放单元,当沉积试样的高度低于试样检测单元的水平检测高度时,控制单元控制升降组件停止移动、气体释放单元往保护箱内部释放冷却气体;温度检测单元用于检测沉积试样的表面温度,且当沉积试样的表面温度低于设定的温度值时,控制单元控制气体释放单元停止工作。本实用新型设计合理,既能快速降低沉积试样内部的温度,有效的降低沉积试样的热输入量,缓解沉积层与沉积层之间的热积累问题。

Abstract :

Cu nanowires and a nanoporous Ag matrix were fabricated through directional solidification and selective dissolution of Ag-Cu eutectic alloys. Ag-39.9at.%Cu eutectic alloys were directionally solidified at growth rates of 14, 25, and 34 mu m/s at a temperature gradient of 10 K/cm. The Cu phase in the Ag matrix gradually changed from lamellar to fibrous with an increase in the growth rate. The Ag matrix phase was selectively dissolved, and Cu nanowires of 300-600 nm in diameter and tens of microns in length were prepared in 0.1 M borate buffer with a pH of 9.18 at a constant potential of 0.7 V (vs. SCE). The nanoporous Ag matrix was fabricated through selective dissolution of Cu fiber phase in 0.1 M acetate buffer with a pH of 6.0 at a constant potential of 0.5 V (vs. SCE). The diameter of Ag pores decreased with increasing growth rate. The diameter and depth of Ag pores increased when corrosion time was extended. The depth of the pores was 30 mu m after 12 h.

Abstract :

Rotary friction welding dissimilar metals of AA1100 aluminum to H59 brass was conducted with a phi 20-mm cylinder sample. The friction pressure is 90 MPa and the welding time is 15 s. Preheating to 600 K and 873 K were conducted to soften H59 brass (i.e., the hard side), so that the both metal with great differences in physical properties could deform simultaneously at the friction interface. The deformation rate was calculated by solving constitution equation, and the necessary parameter interfacial temperature was obtained by infrared thermal imaging analysis. SEM observation and EDS analysis were jointly conducted to clarify microstructure and elements distribution across the interface. The results show that the joint produced without preheating brass contain some unwelded areas and therefore presents lower tensile strength (30 MPa) just 33% of the aluminum base metal. Preheating results in large temperature difference (166 K) on both side of interface. Ratio of deformation rate psi is defined to characterize deformations' difference. psi drops two orders of magnitude (from 600 decrease to 5) when brass was preheated to 600 K, but raising preheating temperature to 873 K, its value has minor change (from 5 decrease to 1). Smaller psi value implies a comparative shear deformation and viscoplastic flow on both sides' surface. The welding interface presents layered structure, which is composed of CuAl2 + CuAl + Cu9Al4 laminate. With a thin IMCs layer (3 mu m), the joint has highest tensile strength 63 MPa.
