Abstract :
Ammonia is an exceptional fuel for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs), because of the high content of hydrogen and the advantages of carbon neutrality. However, the challenge lies in its unsatisfactory performance at intermediate temperatures (500-600 degrees C), impeding its advancement. An electrolyte-supported proton-ceramic fuel cell (PCFC) was fabricated employing BaZr0.1Ce0.7Y0.2O3-delta (BZCY) as the electrolyte and Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-delta (BSCF) as the cathode. In this study, the performance of PCFC using NH3 as fuel within an operating temperature range of 500-700 degrees C was improved by adding an M(Ni,Ru)/CeO(2 )catalyst layer to reconstruct the anode surface. The electrochemical performance of direct ammonia PCFC (DA-PCFC) were improved to different extents. Compared to H-2 as fuel, the degradation ratio of peak power densities (PPDs) of Ni/CeO2-loaded PCFC fueled with NH3 decreased at 700-500 degrees C, with a decrease to 13.3% at 700 degrees C and 30.7% at 500 degrees C. The findings indicate that Ru-based catalysts have a greater promise for direct ammonia SOFCs (DA-SOFCs) at operating temperatures below 600 degrees C. However, the enhancement effect becomes less significant above 600 degrees C when compared to Ni-based catalysts.

We aimed to investigate acute changes before and after low-intensity continuous and intermittent blood flow restriction (BFR) deep-squat training on thigh muscle activation characteristics and fatigue level under suitable individual arterial occlusion pressure (AOP). Twelve elite male handball players were recruited. Continuous (Program 1) and intermittent (Program 2) BFR deep-squat training was performed with 30% one-repetition maximum load. Program 1 did not include decompression during the intervals, while Program 2 contained decompression during each interval. Electromyography (EMG) was performed before and after two BFR training programs in each period. EMG signals of the quadriceps femoris, posterior femoral muscles, and gluteus maximus, including the root mean square (RMS) and normalized RMS and median frequency (MF) values of each muscle group under maximum voluntary contraction (MVC), before and after training were calculated. The RMS value under MVC (RMSMVC) of the rectus femoris (RF), vastus medialis (VM), vastus lateralis (VL), and gluteus maximus (GM) decreased after continuous and intermittent BFR training programs, and those of the biceps femoris (BF) and semitendinosus (SEM) increased; The RMS standard values of the VL, BF, and SEM were significantly increased after continuous and intermittent BFR training (P < 0.05), The RMS value of GM significantly decreased after cuff inflating (P < 0.05). The MF values of RF, VM, VL, and GM decreased significantly after continuous BFR training (P < 0.05). Continuous BFR deep-squat training applied at 50% AOP was more effective than the intermittent BFR training program. Continuous application of BFR induces greater levels of acute fatigue than intermittent BFR that may translate into greater muscular training adaptations over time.

To establish biosafety risk-management guidelines for clinical departments of military central hospitals in China. Using failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), we assessed the biosafety risk priority number (RPN) of clinical departments of three military central hospitals. Nosocomial infection (NI), medical substance-associated accident (MSA), medical technology misuse (MTM), and synthetic RPN were 0.50 to 4.37, 0.50 to 2.91, 0.50 to 3.42, and 0.64 to 3.28, respectively. NI prevention investment was negatively correlated with NI risk, while NI RPN was positively correlated with MSA RPN. There were significant differences between groups of departments in synthetic and MTM RPN. NI, MSA, and MTM constitute a hospital biosafety risk. However, their risk factors are distributed differently among departments. Traditional NI prevention investment can reduce NI risk, but such investments were not effective for MSA and MTM. Targeted measures need to be taken by referring to RPN and risk levels derived from FMEA.

Objectives We aimed to establish a set of disability weights (DWs) for COVID-19 symptoms, evaluate the disease burden of inpatients and analyse the characteristics and influencing factors of the disease. Design This was a multicentre retrospective cross-sectional descriptive study. Setting The medical records generated in three temporary military hospitals in Wuhan. Participants Medical records of 2702 inpatients generated from 5 February to 5 April 2020 were randomly selected for this study. Primary and secondary outcome measures DWs of COVID-19 symptoms were determined by the person trade-off approach. The inpatients' medical records were analysed and used to calculate the disability-adjusted life years (DALYs). The mean DALY was evaluated across sex and age groups. The relationship between DALY and age, sex, body mass index, length of hospital stay, symptom duration before admission and native place was determined by multiple linear regression. Results For the DALY of each inpatient, severe expiratory dyspnoea, mild cough and sore throat had the highest (0.399) and lowest (0.004) weights, respectively. The average synthetic DALY and daily DALY were 2.29 +/- 1.33 and 0.18 +/- 0.15 days, respectively. Fever and fatigue contributed the most DALY at 31.36%, whereas nausea and vomiting and anxiety and depression contributed the least at 7.05%. There were significant differences between sex and age groups in both synthetic and daily DALY. Age, body mass index, length of hospital stay and symptom duration before admission were strongly related to both synthetic and daily DALY. Conclusions Although the disease burden was higher among women than men, their daily disease burdens were similar. The disease burden in the younger population was higher than that in the older population. Treatment at the hospitals relieved the disease burden efficiently, while a delay in hospitalisation worsened it.

目的 提出一套适用于军队中心医院主要科室的生物安全管理等级.方法 采用头脑风暴结合德尔菲流程设定科室生物安全构成的要素;通过失效模式与影响分析计算各科室的生物安全风险优先指数(RPN);使用文献计量结合层次分析法评估生物安全风险要素的风险概率、严重性和可监测性;采用单因素方差分析对比不同类型科室生物安全风险的差异.结果 评估了38个科室的医院感染、生物材质和生物技术管理风险的RPN值及其综合RPN值;综合RPN在4.19~0.18之间,中位数为2.47,综合RPN值最高的5个科室为传染科、医学检验科、消毒供应科、呼吸内科和老年病科;专科类科室RPN值显著低于内科类、外科类科室.据此提出Ⅰ—Ⅴ级生物安全管理等级,其中,Ⅰ级(最低级)9个、Ⅱ级6个、Ⅲ级12个、Ⅳ级7个、Ⅴ级(最高级)4个.结论 本文得出的RPN值及生物安全管理等级有助于卫勤机关科学配置生物安全管控资源,提高管控绩效,为制订相关管理标准奠定基础.

Abstract :
在回顾日本航天政策发展历程的基础上,本文对日本当前航天政策的情况进行了梳理,分析其政策层次,介绍了日本航天法律及其航天政策中的国防安全内容,归纳了其对外空威胁的分类及空间攻防手段。从完善航天装备、发展航天产业及强化以美日同盟合作等3个方面,归纳其推行航天政策的着力点,及其航天政策施行中的问题。最后,从依托航天技术提高作战能力、升级装备强化外空基础设施建设、培育高适应性的运载发射能力等3个方面,对未来日本航天政策的动向做了展望。
