Abstract :
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) are increasingly utilized in power line inspection work, the 3D path planning for UAV urgently needs to be addressed. Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm (AFSA) is one of the most common used methods for the 3D path planning of UAVs, but the problems of rapid convergence and susceptibility to less optimal solutions for AFSA needs to be solved. For this reason, a 3D path planning method for power inspection UAVs based on an Improved Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm (IAFSA) is proposed in this paper. This algorithm references the metropolis criterion of the Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm and introduces an anti-Metropolis criterion to escape from less optimal solutions. Firstly, a 3D mountainous terrain model is constructed based on the environment where power inspection UAV perform inspection tasks in mountainous areas. Then, the anti-Metropolis criterion is introduced into AFSA to escape from less optimal solutions. Finally, to satisfy the performance constraints of the UAV, a cubic spline interpolation function is used to smooth the path. Comparative simulation experiments with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), SA, and AFSA are carried out. The result shows that IAFSA proposed in this paper not only exhibits superior optimization performance in different terrain environments, but also maintains the rapid convergence and optimization accuracy of AFSA. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Abstract :
A two-dimensional axisymmetric fluid model was employed to investigate the influence of varying argon volume fraction in the working gas on the propagation characteristics and reactive species generation of pulsed He + Ar + O2 plasma jet. The results demonstrate that at an argon volume fraction of 10%, the Penning effect between He and Ar is most pronounced, and the electron temperature and electron density of the He + Ar + O2 plasma jet reach their maxima. The electron temperature in the upstream region of the jet front dissipates more slowly due to Penning ionization between helium and argon. At the end of the pulse, higher-temperature electrons accumulate near the tube nozzle in a triangular distribution. During propagation from the tube into open air, the ionization wave of the He + Ar + O2 plasma jet evolves from a hollow ring to a solid bullet shape, with the highest bullet velocity observed at an argon volume fraction of 10%. The densities of Ar+ and Ar* reach their maxima at argon volume fractions of 10% and 30%, respectively, while the densities of He+ and He* decrease monotonically as the argon volume fraction increases. Notably, the ozone generation efficiency is maximized at an argon volume fraction of 10%.

The improvement of the transmission capacity of the line of EHV submarine cable has become urgent issues that need to be addressed. The transmission capacity of the EHV submarine cable is mainly determined by the operating temperature of the submarine cable. Therefore, several cooling schemes are compared to analyze their cooling effect on the cable core temperature in this paper. For the water pipe cooling scheme, the cooling effect is the most significant when the velocity of the cooling water is slower than 0.1 m/s, increasing the number of cooling water pipes can effectively reduce the cable core temperature. For the wind cooling scheme, the cooling effect is the most significant when the velocity of the air is slower than 0.1 m/s, and the cooling effect is more significant with the air velocity. For the backfill soil cooling scheme, the cooling effect is more significant with the thermal conductivity of the backfill soil. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Co., Ltd 2024.

Abstract :
Mixing helium and argon as the working gas of cold plasma jet is expected to combine the merits of He plasma jet and Ar plasma jet and has great potential for medical applications. For this reason, the discharge characteristics and reactive species diagnosis of a He + Ar + O-2 plasma jet were studied in this paper. The result shows that the Penning effect between He and Ar is strongest when the volume fraction of Ar in the working gas is 10%, and the plasma jet propagates the longest distance. A low drive voltage and a wide pulse width will weaken the Penning effect between He and Ar, resulting in a decrease in the ionization efficiency of the plasma jet. Gelatin gel was used as the model human tissue, and the effective treatment area of He + Ar + O-2 plasma jet on the model tissue increases with the volume fraction of Ar in the working gas. When the volume fraction of Ar is 50%, the effective treatment area of He + Ar + O-2 plasma jet is 9 times that of He + O-2 plasma jet, and the surface distribution of reactive oxygen species on the model tissue is almost uniform. Moreover, with the increase of volume fraction of Ar, the influence of the change of the plasma jet treatment angle on the surface distribution of reactive oxygen species is significantly weakened, indicating that He + Ar + O-2 plasma jet can precisely control the reactive species dosage on the living tissue for clinical application.

The influence of quartz tube size on the surface distributions of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in model tissue treated with a He + O-2 plasma jet was investigated. Gelatin gel was used to construct the model tissue, and a KI-starch color agent was mixed with the model tissue to visualize the distribution of ROS. With increasing quartz tube diameter, the uniformity of the ROS distribution on the model tissue decreased, and the change in the surface distribution area of the ROS on the model tissue over the irradiation distance was quite different for different quartz tube diameters. The surface distribution of ROS on the model tissue was affected mainly by the working gas flow; thus, the diffusion range of the working gas flow on the model tissue surface determined the surface distribution area of ROS on the model tissue. The working gas flow was accelerated, and the diffusion range of the working gas flow on the model tissue surface expanded when the plasma was ignited, resulting from the modification of the working gas flow by the electrohydrodynamic (EHD) effect. The EHD effect on the expansion of the diffusion range of working gas flow on the model tissue was different for different quartz tube diameters, and the effect was determined mainly by the discharge current density of the plasma jet and the plasma propagation length.

When submarine cable line fails or other lines need load transfer, it often suffers from emergency ampacity that exceeds the steady-state ampacity. The layout environment of the submarine cable is always complex and changeable, and the overload capacity of the submarine cable in different layout environments is also different. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the overload capacity of the submarine cable. In this paper, a coupled multi-physical field model by finite element method is established for AC 500 kV XLPE extra high voltage submarine cable in landing section, which is the ampacity bottleneck section of the whole line. The overload capacity of submarine cable in two typical layout environments which are direct buried and within pipeline is analyzed. The results show that the overload capacity of submarine cable in the direct buried environment is much higher than that in the pipeline environment. The allowable emergency time in the direct buried environment is 2-3 times that of the pipeline environment under the same condition. In the two typical layout environments, when the emergency current are 2500 A and 3500 A, the ratio of the emergency time allowed to run in the direct buried environment to that in the pipeline environment is about 5 times under the same initial capacity. The proposed model can provide a reference for dynamic capacity control of the extra high voltage submarine cable.

The spatial-temporal distribution of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in human tissue is critical for the medical applications of cold plasma jet as it reflects the therapeutic range of cold plasma jet, but the mechanism for its formation is still unclear. To this end, KI-starch reagent was used to visualize the surface distributions of ROS on the model human tissues treated by a He + O-2 plasma jet in this paper. It was found that the surface distribution of ROS was divided into two parts by a small donut-shaped of un-colored area. This un-colored area was resulted from the color fading of the model tissue, which might be induced by the AC electric field of the plasma jet and the plasma-generated reductive species. The colored area and the un-colored area had different trends with the working gas flow rate and the model tissue conductivity. The un-colored area increased with the expansion of the plasma plume and shrank with the increasing model tissue conductivity.

The steady-state thermal circuit model based on IEC 60287 standard is widely used to analyze the ampacity of submarine cables due to its high efficiency. However, the value selection of some parameters only refers to the range given by IEC 60287 standard in the existing thermal circuit models, without specific suggestions. In this paper, a method on the optimization of steady-state thermal circuit model of AC XLPE submarine cables using genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed, which improves the accuracy of the steady-state thermal circuit model. © 2022 IEEE.

Abstract :
The transmission ampacity of submarine cable is limited by thermal load, so it is important to carry out the research on the temperature field distribution of submarine cable. Based on the marine meteorological data, this paper establishes a three-dimensional magnetic-thermo-current multi-physical field coupled model of submarine cable by using COMSOL simulation software. The influence of ocean-current velocity and direction on the thermal ampacity of submarine cable is investigated under different laying modes. © 2022 IEEE.

为实现高效的甲醛净化效率,采用多针电极进行负极性直流电晕放电,研究其对甲醛的净化特性.结果表明,增加电极针数能够提高总的电晕电流、加强放电能量、提高甲醛的净化效率.同时,提高输入电压和减小间距也能够提高甲醛的净化效率.此外,甲醛易溶于水,电极湿度会影响甲醛的去除效果,湿式状态下甲醛分解速率减缓,净化效率有所降低.
